Star Assist is a Southeast Asian woman-owned business based out of Anchorage, Alaska. We provide virtual assistance services to small businesses and non-profit organizations through administrative assistance, client support, executive assistance, and virtual meeting support... We manage the following processes on behalf of CMI: lead intake, client onboarding, and client offboarding. Additionally, we provide inbox and schedule management, light website maintenance, and light design project management support. Our services allow CMI, as a small business, to have the critical processes within the business maintained while saving money on hiring/recruiting, and saving time by allowing her to focus on the creative, visionary side of her business...
