Mitch received his BSBA from The Ohio State University in 1988 majoring in Marketing. Mr. Deminski has been involved with Real Estate Investing since 1998 and currently has over 30 investment properties in his rental portfolio. Mitch was the Owner of Solutions for Real Estate since its inception back in 2001 and successfully sold the business in 2022. Mitch remains the broker of record for Solutions for Real Estate to stay involved for a better experience for the investor. Melanie Pileski is a licensed Real Estate agent and lives in New Albany with her husband Rick and children Stephen, Caroline and Will. Melanie has over 25 years of experience of sales management in the CPG industry and decided to hang it all up to pursue a career in real estate and real estate investment full time.
