Currently enrolling our Kindergarten and 1st Grade for the 2023-24 academic year, Tamim Academy is a home for any family seeking a wholesome Jewish education... Our name is sourced from Tomchei Temimim, the first formal Yeshiva system of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. Founded in 1897 by Rabbi Sholom DovBer Schneerson in the town of Lubavitch, Russia, each student was lovingly called "tamim," meaning pure, perfect or complete. This endearing tidbit packs a vital message: quality Jewish education begins with the assumption that each child is inherently holy and good... Our Reggio-inspired community offers a whole child approach that inspires a love of learning, and empowers our learners to take healthy risks. Every foundational skill we teach is accompanied by a rich, interdisciplinary experience that allows students to relish learning and connect their ideas to the broader world.
