Alan Winegar is the Chief Services Officer for WorkForce Software, Inc. WorkForce Software is a global provider of cloud workforce management solutions that empower employees and managers to digitize time and labor processes, optimize demand-driven scheduling, simplify absence management and enable strategic business insight. Alan is responsible for the WorkForce customer experience journey from implementation through support. He works with customers and partners to successfully implement and support global solutions so they recognize the value of their WorkForce Software solutions within their organizations. With over 25 years of leadership in software product development, operations, and professional services, Alan has a proven track record of achieving the strategic goals of the organization and driving business results. Prior to joining WorkForce Software, he held senior leadership roles at IQNavigator, JDA Software, RedPrairie, and Direct Supply, Inc. Alan holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Steve brings over 20 years of experience in building business strategy, strategic alliance partnerships, organizational change management, business, and IT operations optimization, and technical business systems. Steve has tirelessly provided transformative digital solutions and thought leadership to companies ranging from the Fortune 50 to local nonprofits leveraging Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Google platforms. Steve's passionate commitment to meeting his customers where they are, building enduring partnerships, and delivering quality solutions is embedded throughout Tuatara's engagement philosophy. Steve's skills obtained as an Army Airborne Ranger, coupled with his professional leadership experience, uniquely equips him with the ability to attract professional talent and build collaborative, loyal, results-oriented teams. Steve earned his Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and has an undergraduate degree in Business Systems Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
