Allison joined The Webster Firm in October of 2021, and works in our Duluth office. She is our perky receptionist and supports as a Post Closer. Allison lives in Duluth, has a daughter and grandchild, both are the light of her life. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, and going to concerts and events..
Amy joined The Webster Firm in May 2020, with over 15 years of forclosure experience under her belt, and a over 20 years of paralegal experience. She started as a Post-Closer in Covington, but quickly moved up to a closer. She now works in our Loganville office with her husband Mike, as a husband wife powerhouse closing team. They live in Snellville with their 3 children, some feline babies, one dog, and her incredible mom.
Ashleigh joined The Webster Firm in November of 2018. She works as our sole Marketing person, spending her time building and maintaining our relationships with our Buyers, Sellers, Agents, and Lenders. Ashleigh coordinates and manages our FREE Continuing Education Classes, as well as all of our participation and sponsorship opportunities throughout the year. She completed her Paralegal Certificate in December of 2013 at The University of Georgia. Ashleigh and her 3 sons (Destin-16, Camron-13, and Remy-5) live in Loganville. They spend their spring & summer together at the lake, and their fall & winter riding 4-wheelers and racing dirtbikes.
Caitlin joined The Webster Firm in October of 2021. Beginning July 2022, she will be working out of our Marketing office in beautiful historic Covington. She works as our digital marketing designer as well as takes on other marketing projects. She spends her time building relationships with our Buyers, Sellers, and Lenders along side Ashleigh, our Marketing Director. Caitlin lives in Conyers with her fiance and her family.
Crystal is a Real Estate Closer and has been with the firm for over 14 years. She works remotely so that she is available to assist our closing teams in all of our offices. Crystal will likely be the person you schedule your closing with. She is a wife and a mother who loves spending time at the lake or the beach with her family.
Hillary is a pre-closer out of our Covington office, she started with our firm in March 2019. She has 2 years of resale and builder transaction experience working with a real estate law firm as a Pre-Closer. She communicates with brokers, builders, agents and lenders throughout the closing process. Hillary processes contracts, Order title, payoffs, HOA letters, and handle C File Scheduling. Hillary was born and raised in Georgia. A mother to one. Enjoys Hiking, going to Beaches, and riding four-wheelers.
Jason is a "Double Dawg" having received his B.B.A. degree in 1994 from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree in 1998 from the University of Georgia School of Law and has been an active member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1998. In his free time from the residential closing world, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Celia, and his stepdaughters, Reilly and Chloe. Most Saturdays during the Fall you'll find Jason cheering on his Georgia Bulldogs.
Julie is a post-closer for our Covington office. She started with our firm in March 2021, but came to us with 8 years of paralegal experience. She was born, raised, and currently lives in Social Circle, Georgia. She is a wife and a mother to two boys, and thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family. Last, but not least, she has an identical twin sister.
Katherine "Kat" began her career in the Real Estate Industry in 1992, working as a Closer, Pre-Closer, Post Closer and REO Specialist. She joined the TWF team in May 2019 and located in the Monroe office. She's been fortunate to work with attorneys and agents who have had diverse practices thus giving her the opportunity to work on just about every type of closing you can imagine. She can assist with all aspects of a real estate transaction while providing you with exceptional customer service. When not in the office, she can be found spending time with my two Australian Shepherds, Cisco and Millie.
Kathy Betances has been with TWF as a paralegal for almost twenty years. She has experience in a wide range of matters from all aspects of real estate closings to entity formations and bankruptcy. She currently works out of our Covington location. Kathy is very active in her congregation and enjoys spending time with her family. She grew up in FL and is fluent in Spanish.
Mike joined The Webster Firm in October of 2021, and jumped head first into a new career and field to find out he is a natural in the real estate world. He works out of our Loganville office as Post Closer alongside his wife 21+ years. He is an accomplished guitarist and lead singer in several metal bands. He and Amy live in Snellville, with Amy's mom, their 3 children, a few random cats and a wild little dog.
Rachel joined The Webster Firm (officially) in June of 2020, as a Pre Closer in our Covington office. Rachel is Steven Webster's daughter, and actually grew up working in the office during summers and breaks. Once she graduated from UGA in May of 2020, she decided to become a fulltime staff member. Rachel and her husband, Brad, were married in October of 2021, and live in Smryna with their dog.
With more than 30 years of experience, Steven has a history grounded in a broad range of representation in real estate matters, wills and trusts, injury and contract litigation, divorces and child custody disputes, landlord/tenant issues, new corporation/LLC formations, and bankruptcy matters.
