The Flores Family's traditional Mexican dishes and flavors are sourced from our ancestors' recipes that originated in Guadalajara, Jalisco. They are not only the inspiration, they are the passion. We are committed to honoring our Mexican traditions by using fresh ingredients sourced locally... Our star ingredient is the corn masa- the dough used in making the fresh corn tortillas found on our menu. At Tortilla Real, we make our tortillas every day by hand from fresh corn masa, just the way our mom used to make.
