Our primary purpose is to promote ethical standards of behaviour, agreeing to adhere to common principles and a code of conduct to promote the industry and to provide support for our members. Only recruitment businesses can be members of the Organisation, and we do not offer affiliate or personal membership to individuals, suppliers or third parties. We ask our members to comply with this code of conduct, and pledge to operate to the highest ethical standards befitting a representative trade organization.
