Alejandro is our primary mechanical engineer at Potential and is our lead engineer in solar system design, wind installations and electrification overhauls of power systems. He likes to CAD and is a visionary at heart.
Ana is a Microbiologist and artist and is the force that keeps Potential running efficiently, the creator of our visual presence and our primary researcher. Her interests are mostly internal-facing, making sure our brand and our people are being well taken care of.

I'm the most outdoorsy of us all!! When I'm not outside or busy with the family, you'll find me teaching piano to my wonderful students, or playing with one of my two bands, Hope's Creed or Tuesday in Blue. Jayne keeps Potential in balance as she's our only arts major! She has a knack for making complicated situations seem simple and guiding the team through key decisions. She motivates us all when things gets tough and often reminds us of what's really important.
Nicolas is one of our engineering supports, and has recently completed a Master of Applied Science at the University of Toronto. With a background in chemical and photonics engineering, Nick provides technical assistance in our sustainable engineering work.
