I came to the United States 20 years ago from Venezuela. Being new in the area, I did not immediately feel at home, but homeownership changed that for me. I knew I wanted to become a Real Estate agent and help others feel the same way. I am a mom and wife to a firefighter/business owner and because of my life accomplishments and my willingness to dive in, I enjoy assisting my husband with his construction business. I'm passionate about houses and everything related to them. After all, they hold our greatest treasure, our family! Degree in Industrial Design, Construction work, Bilingual Spanish/English.
Commercial Real Estate is something that Paul has taken to quickly and has been fortunate enough to garner very valuable and varied experience since becoming a Realtor in January of 2021. Additionally, the experience gained from a successful 32-year career as an owner of an Institutional Foodservice Brokerage has served him well in this industry. Paul has received his GRE certification and is a CCIM candidate. Working very closely over the years with manufacturers, distributors and restauranteurs has provided Paul with a keen insight into the commercial building needs of those classifications of trade. For Paul, God and family comes first, especially as the number of grandchildren continues to increase! Any spare time is spent at the family's ranchette tending to their little herd of Dexter cows.
After 15 years in business to business sales jobs, I took a leap of faith into the world of real estate in 2013. Serving as an Inside Sales Agent and quickly moving up to be Director of Operations for one of the largest (by sales volume) teams in Williamson County gave me 4 years of incredible experience with systems, processes, recruiting and hiring, training, and team leadership. An opportunity to shift into commercial real estate full time came in 2017. After 3 years establishing my own commercial business, in 2020 I began assembling the Way Realty Group to better serve clients as we focused on commercial business. Being a trail blazer in education has allowed me to train hundreds of sales agents in the last 9 years and I teach regular classes for both residential and commercial agents in our area and online for agents around the state of Texas. I was also honored to serve as a member of the Agent Leadership Council (2018-2022) and as Managing Director for the Commercial Division at the Keller Williams Cedar Park Leander (2020-2022). After earning my broker's license in 2022, Way Realty Group transitioned to become an independent commercial real estate brokerage. The key to better serving clients, my team, and fellow agents is to always be listening, learning, and laughing.

With a BBA in Finance, my professional experience includes a background in lending combined with years in real estate. My real estate experience includes commercial real estate, investment and income producing properties, and residential properties. I am a resident of the Lake Travis neighborhood of Steiner Ranch.
