He is responsible for the day-to-day business operations at vTech, overseeing the execution of vTech's Client Services and Client Relationship teams and driving the company's long-term strategy. Haresh started his career as a Software Engineer, where he designed, developed, integrated, and implemented enterprise-level information systems, managing a large team of resources. Prior to vTech, he had also served as Managing Director of FTI Consulting, where he executed and introduced value-added offerings to clients and worked on the development of competitive solutions. Haresh is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and holds a Master's degree in Information System Management.
As the head of Talent Acquisition and other strategic human resource roles, Diksha has over six years of experience in the human resources sector and more than five years of expertise. Before working for a recruitment consultancy, she was a telemarketing specialist. She is highly motivated, ambitious, and people-oriented and has specialized in finding, recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees.
