Hoping we could use this to pay for a camping trip or two, we were excited to give it a go. After months of not being able to keep up with demand we came to a crossroads; either continue cooking salsa in our kitchen as a hobby or transform this into a real business. So here we are sharing something we are passionate about; small batch traditional salsa with simple ingredients and a taste as big as Texas... Wild Rooster Foods began its journey before it even had a name. While working in Mexican restaurants in high school and college, I started my education on the basics of authentic Texas salsa. In 2019, I made my fresh version as holiday gifts for friends. The response was overwhelmingly positive and people wanted to know when they could buy it.
