Izaac is a headhunting specialist with a primary focus on the Packaging Materials Industry. Leveraging his extensive industry expertise, Izaac collaborates closely with industry leaders and small to medium-sized enterprises seeking to enhance and expand their operations. His expertise lies in facilitating mid to senior-level appointments within both the Commercial and Operational facets of their organizations.

Johnathan is responsible for the research function of the business. This includes accurately talent mapping organisations using fast and discreet research methodology. Johnathan has over 10 years of experience in research, headhunting, & executive search and uses several different research techniques including Boolean, deep web & telephone. He supports all retained assignments and has successfully worked on VP Sales, VP Operations, Sales Directors & Business Development roles globally.
In addition, Johnathan works closely with Marc to help manage the smooth running of the operations team, including general day to day management of job board systems, CRMs and any other business tools, as well as data analysis, including ROI from company systems, Consultant & business performance and the creation & usage of data monitoring tools. He provides the daily, monthly and yearly reporting functions within the business across multiple facets.
Johnathan enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and cat, whilst trying to squeeze in as much geeky activity as possible in his free time!

Marc heads up all things Finance, Marketing & Operations functions across Seven Executive. All things to do with business operations and finance come under Marc & his team's remit, ensuring all of Seven's amazing consultants have the resources that they need available to them at all times.

Oliver is a specialist head-hunter with strong experience in the European and North American Packaging Materials Industry. His main area of expertise lies in placing mid to senior-level talent in sales, operations, and director-level positions within the industry, including Rigid, Flexible and Corrugated Packaging.
With his deep understanding of the market, Oliver offers expert market knowledge to his clients, allowing him to provide valuable insights and guidance to both employers and candidates within the Packaging Materials space.
In his spare time, Oliver enjoys football and traveling to different countries. Recently, he embarked on a trip to Southeast Asia, where he had the opportunity to explore new cultures and immerse himself in different traditions.
Rachel leads the marketing team at Seven Executive. All things to do with marketing fall under Rachel, from social media content, digital campaigns, branding, website content and one page marketing material sent out to you!
Rachel is a keen gym goer & book reader, and is regularly plannning fun events for the Leeds office to partake in!

Sophie's main role is sending out invoices and regularly communicating with clients from there; she is the first point of contact if clients have any issues with making payments or need further assistance.
She further assists with the management of the group HR system, the creation of financial reports and general administrative support to the Finance Director
In her free time Sophie is regularly going to gigs all over the country, walking the dog and going out for food with friends
Tom is a specialist headhunter working within the North American Packaging and Building Materials Industries. He has over 10 years of experience in recruitment and is an expert at managing the recruitment process and delivering winning outcomes for his clients and candidates. Being an expert in the recruitment process as well as a market specialist is what sets Tom apart from other headhunters. In 2021 he delivered 20 + commercial & sales positions within a relatively short space of time and won supplier of the year for a global packaging manufacturer.
