Chris Ashton - Managing Director

Chris has also run global programmes of business change for some of the world's largest corporations including London Metal Exchange, Royal Bank of Scotland, Citi, Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, and AVIVA. He has a diverse global experience across B2B, banking, insurance, technology, telecoms and consulting. Chris brings a wealth of commercial experience to Outside Help. He is the first point of contact and will be assisting you every step of the way.

Dean Peacock

Dean is a Programme Manager with over 20 years of experience, successfully delivering full lifecycle projects working at some of the world's largest financial and insurance organisations. He has worked at Lloyd's of London, MS Amlin, RBS, Direct Line Group, Orange Business Services, Cisco Systems, Computacenter and Xerox.

Jack Matthews

Jack has worked in IT for 7 years and worked his way up from Project Support to a fully-fledged Project Manager, working in a number of industries from Fintech, Hospitality and Facilities Management at corporations including, The Royal Bank of Scotland, The London Metal Exchange, KONE and Bourne Leisure.

Jessica Shaltout - CMO

Jess has worked in the Marketing space for over 20 years. Starting out at a large media corporation, and now running a media agency, Zest Media Group, which originally began in the print realm and expanded into the digital marketing world. From print, to design, videography to photography, to paid advertising strategy. Jess brings a wide range of knowledge to the table to help Outside Help… help you.

Lisa Munday

Lisa started her career in the City at Lloyds of London and then went on to work in Foreign Exchange. She is highly organised, and very practical making her a great Office Manager, supporting the entire team at Outside Help.

Russel Arthey - CTO

With over 20 years of experience, mainly within financial services in the City of London, Russel is a highly experienced Technical Architect specialising in Digital Workplace. End-User Computing, Microsoft 365, Mobility and Security. Russel has worked on technology projects and developed strategies for many large multinational corporations including Barclays, ABN Amro, Daiwa Capital Markets, Rabobank, London Stock Exchange, London Metal Exchange and PwC.

STUART BOYALL - COO

Stuart's worked in and around technology for close to 30 years at the likes of ETrading Software, HSBC and Natwest Markets. During that time he's helped many companies and individuals achieve technical challenges. Attention to detail is a key skill for Stuart who prides himself on ensuring the customer experience is managed beyond expectation at any time. Whilst these days he's often been behind the scenes (in a project manager capacity), he still likes to stay close to the coalface helping him to keep up to date with the latest technology and best industry practices.
