Beverley is the Deputy Manager of the home and has over 30 years experience in the care sector for older people and has achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Beverley was runner up in the ‘Carer Of The Year' category at the Care Forum Wales ‘Care Awards' in Cardiff.
Debbie is the Manager of the home. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and her Level 5 in Leadership and Management. She has worked in the care sector since 2008 working various roles and has been registered manager for a Domiciliary care provider since 2014 before moving over to Hollybank.
Manpreet is the Responsible Individual of the home, following his completion of his Master's in Economics from the London School of Economics, Manpreet worked for HSBC as a management consultant, while simultaneously completing his Level 4 and 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. He then proceeded to join the team at Hollybank in 2022.
