Connie is passionate and enthusiastic in her approach to work and is always keen to help vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants with a positive approach. Connie is always on hand to offer advice and assistance and will always go the "extra mile". Connie is an excellent team player and is an asset to our "Diamond family".
John is our Maintenance Director with a wealth of local knowledge and experience to get the job done efficiently and with minimum disruption. Being local himself and using all local trades people, his in-house position is invaluable to all of our clients. From a simple repair job to complete house renovations, John and his team complete the all-round Diamond experience.

Nicky sees the day to day running of the whole office and is very pro-active in her approach. She has many years' experience and gets the job done. With her "can do" attitude and positive outlook, she doesn't let anything phase her.
Roxy joined us early 2023 and has excellent customer service skills and is happy to assist everyone. Her knowledge of Hereford and surrounding areas is exceptional as she has lived in Hereford all her life. Roxy is a great addition to our "Diamond family".
