David Gannicott

A senior sector leader, David has worked at Board and Executive Strategic level in the Housing sector for over 25 years. David is now semi-retired but he has held senior Executive roles at L&Q and Hyde Housing Group with a focus on Development and Growth. He is a passionate advocate for providing Housing for people that cannot access the private market. David is a non Executive Director of Raven Housing Group and Chair of the Group Investment Committee. He is also a non Exective Director of Habitare Homes, a for profit Housing Association and an advisor to the Man Group. David's experience is multi-faceted spanning the private, public and voluntary sectors across all business disciplines with a particular focus on commercial asset management, growth and regeneration. He lives locally in Rochester and was instrumental in bringing about the regeneration of Rochester Riverside.

Jonathan Sadler

Jonathan Sadler was previously the Chief Executive of the Chatham Maritime Trust and has a wealth of experience in development and regeneration. Jonathan drove forwards the vision of Chatham Maritimes's mixed use scheme which has transformed a brownfield site into a vibrant mixed-use community. He also brings extensive knowledge and experience from his time as Development Director for the Homes and Communities Agency working on large scale regeneration projects which have successfully delivered thousand of new homes throughout the South East.

Peter Sloane

Peter thrives on new challenges and has a demonstrable track record of success. He is a key player in the new homes sector, committed to the highest level of customer service.

Richard Stevens

Richard is a chartered accountant and spent most of his career as a partner in a major regional firm of chartered accountants based in London and the Southeast until he left the City in 2012. He has been appointed to multiple non-executive director and committee roles since 2005 in both the commercial and social housing sectors. His experience to date in the housing sector includes development of market sale and affordable homes, care and support, temporary accommodation, eldercare, general needs and wholly-owned council housing subsidiaries.
