Abhishek Agarwal

Prior to joining Chazey, he held several top management positions in Latin America. He was the Latin America Shared Service Director for Latin America at EMC Corporation where he was responsible for establishing and optimizing a multi-task shared service center across the whole region. Prior to EMC, he was the Latin Shared Service Director for 3Com where he led the rollout of SAP in 8 Latin American countries while also responsible for the transformation into a Shared Services model. Frank Robinson joined QX Global Group in January 2019 as Group Commercial Director, having previously held senior sales and marketing roles with some of the UK's largest and fastest growing food businesses - for the last 15 years at Board level. He was promoted to Group CEO in October 2019, and is responsible for leading the Executive Board and the senior leadership team in the day-to-day running of the Company's business, consistent with the strategy and commercial objectives agreed by the Board. Frank graduated from Sheffield City Polytechnic with BTEC Business Studies and has since gained an Executive MBA from ECR Europe's Progressive Management Programme, where he studied at INSEAD, Paris; Wharton University, Pennsylvania; St Gallen University, Switzerland; MSU, Germany; and London Business School. He lives in Scarborough, North Yorkshire with his wife, Amanda, where you will often see him riding his vintage Lambretta scooter around the seafront. Hitesh Samvedi

Hitesh Samvedi has more than 18 years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications equipment. He is an expert in designing and installing LAN, WAN, Voice Connectivity, and different operating systems. At QX, Hitesh directs a team responsible for the technical infrastructure, as well as, user support; they are on-call 24 hours a day and ensure that no IT problems hamper QX's productivity. Kate is the Company Secretary at QX and has worked with the business since Chris Robinson founded it in 2003. She supports the day-to-day administrative functions of the business, including compliance and finance. Additionally, she manages the QX Head Office in Skipton, working with her team to support our global offices and clients as and when required. She possesses more than 20 years of experience in the payroll sector, PAYE, and other HMRC compliance and brings with her the knowledge and insights from working with a range of payroll sizes and client types. She joined QX Ltd as Payroll Manager and is known within the company as the "payroll guru". Before joining QX Ltd, Kate was part of a payroll team within one of the UK's largest medical recruitment agencies which supplies locums into the NHS. Kate has excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients' payrolls seamlessly and accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of associated legislation, processes, and protocols.

His career at QX started with roles in service delivery operations, moving on to support and spearhead various other business functions before eventually stepping into a more strategic role of working closely with the Group CEO and the QX Board to focus on business strategies. With 17 years of experience in Shared Services and GBS solutions, Pom is also responsible for working with clients and internal departments to design solutions that accelerate growth through the use of efficient operating models. In this role, he helps clients overcome any challenges they might face while setting up GBS or Shared Service teams.
