Abhishek is an experienced professional with 18+ years of experience in the BPO/KPO/ITES industry. His expertise in Business Process Management, project management, analytical skills, customer service, strategic planning, and operations management makes him the perfect choice as the Associate Vice President and Centre Head of our delivery centre in Noida. His background in these areas allows him to effectively lead and manage the centre from all prospective, promoting continuous improvements and growth of the centre.
Abhishek is PMP, CSM, & Six Sigma certified and has a very strong hold in Project Management, People/Team Management, Six Sigma Methodologies, & P&L Management.

Akhilesh has over 18 years of experience in the BPM industry in various management positions and, as the Chief Customer Officer for the Group, he is now actively working with our clients in the UK and the US markets helping them set up their Recruitment and F&A operations offshore. Highly influential and well-liked in the industry, Akhilesh is responsible for sales across multi-regions, consisting of all Recruitment and Finance & Accounting customers.
Akhilesh is a customer-centric, goal-oriented leader with diverse leadership experience gained through his roles in operations and sales and by working with several BPM companies. His experience in international business operations places QX Global Group in an optimal position to expand and develop its business in a fast paced environment.

Amit has a rich experience of more than 18 years working with client service delivery teams in areas of quality, customer satisfaction, business process improvements, documentation, IT, information security, data protection laws and consulting.
At QX, Amit is the Data Protect Officer and his brief is to ensure the company complies with stringent data protection laws and ISO standards. He led QX's march towards becoming the first Indian outsourcing company to be GDPR compliant by achieving the BS 10012 certification from BSI

Bala is an experienced professional with 19 years of expertise in Business Process Management, particularly in managing large-scale Service Delivery Operations. Chandra Sharma is an MBA in Finance with an unending appetite for knowledge, which has seen him pursue a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary course. With his qualifications, he has performed multi-functionary roles at QX with panache. Starting as a management accountant in the house finance department, he moved on to a UK accounting role, and then led the HR function, finally moving into a Corporate Relations function.
In his current role, he works with colleges, government agencies, affiliate members and more to create brand awareness and source a talent pool for the QX Academy. His core focus is on facilitating brand recognition for QX and ensuring that the QX brand is recognized as a trusted name in finance, accounting, and recruitment process outsourcing.
Chandresh Panchal is an MBA in Finance and an out and out results man. His decade long association at QX has seen him play a critical leadership role in managing the activities of diverse administrative and staff functions that are an integral to finance, human resources, information technology, planning, supply, and other corporate services.
He has earned a solid reputation for bringing in new efficiencies to various critical aspects at QX including safety compliance, infrastructure support, budgeting OPEX & CAPEX for facility/admin and more that have facilitated smoother functioning of QX's facilities and administration.

Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a Fellow of the ICAEW and ACCA.
After working with KPMG for six years in audit & accounting, he started his Accounting Practice. During this time, he worked closely with a firm of Management Consultants, advising a select portfolio of clients in Finance & Business Strategy, M&As, and Exit Planning.
Chris sold his Practice to join the management team of one of his clients and held various senior positions, including CFO, COO and Strategy Director of several businesses in Healthcare Recruitment and an Internet Incubator.
Chris is an expert in growing and scaling businesses using the 3P approach of integrating People, Processes, and Platforms.
He started QX in 2003 with a small team of 5. That team has grown to over 2,400 talented professionals providing outsourced accounting, recruitment, IT and business transformation advisory services to clients in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.
Esteban is an executive with 20 years of Finance, Shared Services and Operations management experience in different multinational companies. Prior to joining Chazey, he held several top management positions in Latin America.
He was the Latin America Shared Service Director for Latin America at EMC Corporation where he was responsible for establishing and optimizing a multi-task shared service center across the whole region. Prior to EMC, he was the Latin Shared Service Director for 3Com where he led the rollout of SAP in 8 Latin American countries while also responsible for the transformation into a Shared Services model.
Esteban is a CPA graduated in Universidad de Buenos Aires and have an executive MBA degree with honors from IAE, Universidad Austral. He also attended management and leadership courses at Wharton School and Babson College. Esteban is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Frank Robinson joined QX Global Group in January 2019 as Group Commercial Director, having previously held senior sales and marketing roles with some of the UK's largest and fastest growing food businesses - for the last 15 years at Board level.
He was promoted to Group CEO in October 2019, and is responsible for leading the Executive Board and the senior leadership team in the day-to-day running of the Company's business, consistent with the strategy and commercial objectives agreed by the Board.
Frank graduated from Sheffield City Polytechnic with BTEC Business Studies and has since gained an Executive MBA from ECR Europe's Progressive Management Programme, where he studied at INSEAD, Paris; Wharton University, Pennsylvania; St Gallen University, Switzerland; MSU, Germany; and London Business School.
He lives in Scarborough, North Yorkshire with his wife, Amanda, where you will often see him riding his vintage Lambretta scooter around the seafront. He loves to cook and have friends around for dinner. He follows his Dad's keen interest in distance walking and is a long-suffering Leeds United fan.

Hitesh Samvedi has more than 18 years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications equipment. He is an expert in designing and installing LAN, WAN, Voice Connectivity, and different operating systems. He is a firm believer in the power of pervasive connectivity to empower businesses with improved efficiency, agility and scalability.
At QX, Hitesh directs a team responsible for the technical infrastructure, as well as, user support; they are on-call 24 hours a day and ensure that no IT problems hamper QX's productivity. His team also monitors the remote administration of the Avaya G3Si PBX phone system installed in the UK office.
He is also focused on ensuring data integrity and security for all QX clients by configuring QX's firewall systems and managing backups and data restoration services.
Jignesh has a Masters of Computer Applications degree together with close to 15 years of experience in developing diverse products in the recruitment, accounts, and payroll sectors. He is an expert in creating web portals, employing different technologies such as .Net, C#, Visual Basic, INGRES and Superbase.
At QX, Jignesh has developed highly-functional and integrated systems including a document vendor dat parser, email date scrapper, management system, a time-management system, a payroll system, and CRM tools for internal usage, as well as external client applications.
Jignesh plays a crucial role in helping QX's clients identify effective and optimum software solutions that help them solve their specific business problems. Working closely with the operations teams, the software services team also plays a part in optimising processes through personalised digitisation and intelligent automation solutions.

Kate is the Company Secretary at QX and has worked with the business since Chris Robinson founded it in 2003. She supports the day-to-day administrative functions of the business, including compliance and finance. Additionally, she manages the QX Head Office in Skipton, working with her team to support our global offices and clients as and when required.
She possesses more than 20 years of experience in the payroll sector, PAYE, and other HMRC compliance and brings with her the knowledge and insights from working with a range of payroll sizes and client types. She joined QX Ltd as Payroll Manager and is known within the company as the "payroll guru". Before joining QX Ltd, Kate was part of a payroll team within one of the UK's largest medical recruitment agencies which supplies locums into the NHS.
Kate has excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients' payrolls seamlessly and accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of associated legislation, processes, and protocols.

With a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Niraj is involved in both the legal and commercial side of transactions.

Phil is the Chief Transformation Officer of QX Global Group, and Chief Executive Officer of Chazey Partners. He has more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, Technology, and Outsourcing.
Prior to Chazey Partners, he was Group VP and CFO of Cendant TDS International, which encompassed all areas of Finance across four continents, including Decision Support, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, and Financial plus certain HR Shared Services. Prior to Cendant, Phil was VP Finance and Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation.
He led far-reaching organizational, technology, service delivery, and business process improvement initiatives resulting in the global roll-out of ERP solutions and Shared Services encompassing Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Support.
Phil is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA Honors Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter. He is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI).
He is an avid runner and recently appeared in a television commercial about Robotic Process Automation, presented to an audience of over 1 million US households.
Pom Chakravarti is QX's Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for all aspects of the company's strategy and growth, including ventures, geographic expansion, new service verticals, and acquisitions.
Pom joined QX in 2005 and has worked on multiple roles within the group's businesses in the UK, India and Ireland. His career at QX started with roles in service delivery operations, moving on to support and spearhead various other business functions before eventually stepping into a more strategic role of working closely with the Group CEO and the QX Board to focus on business strategies.
With 17 years of experience in Shared Services and GBS solutions, Pom is also responsible for working with clients and internal departments to design solutions that accelerate growth through the use of efficient operating models. In this role, he helps clients overcome any challenges they might face while setting up GBS or Shared Service teams.
As the Chief Strategy Officer, Pom has a dual role of ensuring QX meets its strategic ambitions while also providing consulting and advisory support to our clients, ranging from Partners at accountancy firms to CFO and CXO-level executives in mid-to-large enterprises. He frequently speaks at various forums in the UK with outsourcing industry peers. In recent months, he has been focusing on M&A opportunities to drive the inorganic growth plans of QX Global Group.

Ravi re-joined QX in February 2021 after serving as a Head of Business Development with a financial solutions providers based out of the Greater Boston Area. Ravi was a part of the QX Global Group from 2007 to 2018. In his last role, he was a Global Head of Business Development at QX, applying business transformation thinking into the front, middle and back-office areas of its client's businesses to drive innovation and automation.

She also lends her expertise in operational governance and practices enabling QX to stay competitive in achieving its strategic goals.

He has been instrumental in Heading Service Delivery, Process Improvement & Process Re-engineering & Key Account Management while delivering Service Excellence in his prior ventures dealing with clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East & Australia.

Vishal currently serves as the VP of Branding & Communications.
