Before founding Geradin Partners, Damien Geradin was a partner at Euclid Law, and before that, he was a partner in the Brussels office of Covington & Burling LLP. He has assisted clients in many high-stake European Commission investigations. This includes extremely complex abuse of dominance cases with a focus on sectors like tech, media and telecommunications. Mr Geradin has also developed expertise on the application of competition rules to the licensing of standard-essential patents (SEPs), and he is a member of the Commission Expert Group on SEP licensing and valuation.

The claim is being brought by Mr Claudio Pollack, director at Abberton Consulting, a private firm dedicated to providing policy advice, with particular focus on consumer engagement and protection, inclusion and vulnerability, and on competition policy. Before forming Abberton Consulting in 2016, he had accumulated over 10 years' experience at Ofcom, including six years as Group Director. Mr Pollack is no stranger to regulatory matters, after such extensive, senior experience in both public and private sector roles.

As partner and solicitor-advocate at Humphries Kerstetter, Toby Starr will be leading the claim on behalf of Claudio Pollack. With 22 years of experience in difficult commercial disputes, Mr Starr was noted in the 2022 edition of Legal 500 as "knowledgeable, experienced and incisive". He was a solicitor at Linklaters and Debevoise & Plimpton and founded Starr Legal in the City of London before joining Humphries Kerstetter in 2018.
