Christophe has more than 10 years of clinical practice in neurology combined with 14 years of experience in large and small biotechs at US, International, and Global headquarters. Prior to joining Alexion, he served as SVP, Head of Global Medical Affairs at Akcea Therapeutics. He also held multiple leadership roles at Biogen including VP, Global Medical Affairs and VP, Head of US Medical Affairs. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Christophe was Chief of Clinic in the Neurology department at the University of Liège in Belgium, where he also earned his MD and PhD in Medical Sciences.

Fred Chereau - SVP

Fred brings close to 30 years of biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device experience to Alexion, where he oversees strategy and business development activities. Prior to joining Alexion, he served as president and chief executive officer of LogicBio. Previously, Fred served as the president and chief operating officer of aTyr Pharma Inc. He also served as president and chief executive officer of Pervasis Therapeutics until its acquisition by Shire Pharmaceuticals where he had a critical impact on the development of the hereditary angioedema (HAE) franchise. Earlier in his career, for nearly a decade, Fred served in various roles at Genzyme including vice president and general manager of the Cardiovascular Business Unit, and held sales and marketing roles with a medical device company in France. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Coave Therapeutics. Fred holds a B.S. in physics from Paris University, a M.S. from ESC La Rochelle and an MBA from INSEAD.

Lukasz Jarzyna

Lukasz Jarzyna is Vice President, Head of Global Value, Access, and Pricing (GVAP) of Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease. Lukasz leads the Global Value, Access, and Pricing (GVAP) team, working on global pricing and reimbursement strategies for Alexion's products across all stages of development. Lukasz joined Alexion in 2015 in the International organization in Zurich. He completed his management studies at Lazarski University in Warsaw, Poland. Lukasz started his career as a Tax and Management Consultant in Austria, and prior to Alexion worked at Amgen and Pfizer in country and regional roles. In 2021, Lukasz was recognized as an Emerging Pharma Leader by Pharmaceutical Executive.

Marc Dunoyer - CEO

Marc previously served as an Executive Director and AstraZeneca's Chief Financial Officer from November 2013. Marc's career in pharmaceuticals, which has included periods with Roussel Uclaf, Hoechst Marion Roussel, and GSK, has given him extensive industry experience. He is a qualified accountant and joined AstraZeneca in 2013, serving as Executive Vice President, Global Product and Portfolio Strategy from June to October 2013. Prior to that, he served as Global Head of Rare Diseases at GSK and (concurrently) Chairman, GSK Japan. He holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Law degree from Paris University.

Sean Christie

Sean Christie is Chief Financial and Administration Officer of Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease and a member of the AstraZeneca Finance Leadership Team. Sean joined AstraZeneca in 2001 at the corporate headquarters in London, UK. He spent 10 years in the Corporate Treasury function, including four years as Group Treasurer leading the financing and treasury risk management activities for AstraZeneca. He has since held a number of senior finance roles including Area Finance Director Middle East & Africa based in Dubai, CFO for AstraZeneca's China & Hong Kong commercial business based in Shanghai, and most recently led the R&D finance team as Finance VP R&D based in Cambridge, UK. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Sean worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in London, UK, and KPMG in Wellington, New Zealand. Sean is a qualified accountant and member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and has an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Treasury (MCT) with the Association of Corporate Treasurers, UK.

Before joining Alexion, Tamar led Federal Executive Branch Strategy and State Government Affairs for Bristol-Myers Squibb. She served as strategic policy advisor and consultant for ADVI, Kimbell & Associates, and Avalere Health. Prior, Tamar was Director of Health Policy & Reimbursement at Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals (now Progenics) and held health policy and reimbursement leadership strategy roles at GE Healthcare and Bracco Diagnostics. She also held several senior leadership roles for Humana and ValueOptions (now Beacon Health Options). Tamar holds an MS in Health Sciences from Trident University in Cypress, California and an Executive Leadership certificate from Columbia University. Tamar serves on the board of directors for Avidity Bioscience, MassBio, and Healthy Women. She sits on the Schwartz Center (MassGeneral Hospital) Leadership Council.

Todd leads the legal team overseeing global legal matters for the business unit. At Alexion, Todd served as Senior Vice President, Intellectual Property, where he was responsible for the company's intellectual property, early pipeline, and contracting matters. Prior to Alexion, Todd worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he led teams supporting the company's business development initiatives, its immunology programs, and its R&D efforts in India and China. Todd started his legal career at the law firm Foley & Lardner in Washington, D.C. He holds a JD from the William & Mary School of Law, an MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Zoology from Brigham Young University.
