At ANFORA we specialize in natural wine-and when we say natural, we mean zero additives and minimal manipulation from the vine to the bottle. We champion small-scale farmers who are true custodians of the land, allowing their wine to truly reflect its terroir and origin. Many of these bottles are certified Organic or Biodynamic, and others aren't (certification is expensive and involves a lot of bureaucratic headaches), but 100% of their farming practices are always without anything added or taken away, avoiding what is called "intervention" in the winemaking process. Our products at ANFORA are the purest expressions of our producers and their terroir possible, completely unadulterated. We also bring this ethos into our curated bar program featuring spirits without any added sweeteners, coloring or flavoring agents, chemicals, filtration, or mass industrialized production...
