Technology leader with an extensive background in computer vision, video processing and machine learning. Alex spent the last 10 years helping early-stage ventures with R&D, technology strategy, software architecture and execution. Skilled in decision-making, problem-solving, managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Alex is leading the development of ARHT Media proprietary software/hardware platform for media playback and low latency streaming of live events with high-quality two ways real-time communication over the Internet. Resulting integrated solution already enabled hundreds of successful live events and numerous presentations and has clients all over the globe.
Andrew is our SVP of Sales and Marketing, leading our international sales and marketing teams. He is a goal-oriented, senior business professional with a proven track record of success, building and growing businesses and working with amazing people, collaborative teams, and considers himself a passionate and skilled business leader.
With an extended background in leading tech companies like Samsung and Sony, Andrew has an ingrained passion for innovative technologies. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and graduated class valedictorian.

As the VP, Production & Technology at ARHT Media, BJ plays a major role in all things related to video content, live event production, and is heavily involved in the R&D of ARHT's technology offerings. Through his commitment to this role, he has helped ARHT improve the quality of both its live event services and end-user products.
Prior to his current role at ARHT, BJ worked as a Director of Technology helping our content and project teams deliver high-quality experiences for clients. Before joining ARHT, he held the title of Video Production Manager at Big Red Oak Inc. an award-winning creative content agency, and Series Producer at Insight Sports Ltd.
Chris is our VP of Business Development and Execution, with a focus on strategic partners.
He is a resourceful and intuitive strategy execution specialist with an unmatched passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to audiences around the world. Chris has an extensive history in the premium cinema space where he worked with industry leaders IMAX, Harkness Screens, and Sony to thrill guests with unparalleled images and audio.
Working with innovative companies with incredible reach has provided him with the unique opportunity to engage with amazing organizations and talented individuals in more than 75 countries. Chris attended Jacksonville State University and is based in Birmingham, Alabama.

Deborah Beatty is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at PointClickCare, Canada's leading private-equity-backed healthcare technology company. Deborah has extensive experience helping businesses build robust growth strategies leveraging new technologies, across several geographies.
Previously, Deborah was the Head of Strategy for Middle East & Africa for Apple Inc., COO of Monitor Company in MENA, Vice President of Digital at Astral Media (TSE) and Corus Entertainment (TSE/NYSE), and a strategy consultant at Monitor Company based in New York and London. Deborah has an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Princeton University.

Gorana Seeley is a highly experienced executive in luxury retail, known for her expertise in strategic business development. As ARHT's VP of Global Retail, she is spearheading the integration of our hologram technology into the retail sector, leveraging over 15 years of experience in the industry. Gorana's impressive track record includes achieving substantial revenue growth by identifying winning brand and retail strategies and leveraging her extensive network to establish new accounts. Her leadership experience includes senior management positions at Hermès, Dufry Group, and The Nuance Group, where she consistently delivered excellent results. Gorana is widely recognized for her strategic approach and sales insight, making her a driving force in the luxury retail industry.
Hanna was most recently CFO of Silfab Solar Inc., the North American manufacturing leader in the design and development of ultra-high-efficiency, premium-quality solar panels, where he joined the company as employee #2 and oversaw a variety of departments as the company went from start-up to become the second-largest Solar manufacturer in North America with three large scale facilities and over 650 employees.
Hanna was instrumental in overseeing the recent sale of a significant stake in the business to private equity investors. As CFO, Hanna was responsible for financial reporting, banking, and treasury, in addition to providing supporting roles in IT, HR, procurement and legal. Hanna's past work experience also includes consulting on international ventures, marketing and sales in the technology field, and operations in the agricultural industry.

With over a decade of event and project management experience, Jennifer's expertise has been an incredible asset to ARHT since she joined in 2019. As the Director of Projects, her team thrives on finding innovative solutions for all their clients. Earning both Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation displays just how devoted Jennifer is to further developing this area - achieved while also volunteering as part of the Board Of Directors with MPI Toronto Chapter alongside managing time spent with family. Her impeccable organizational skills will no doubt be invaluable moving forward.

Karine heads up our Asia Pacific & Oceania region and brings more than 15 years of experience in both event production and business development in the MICE industry. Prior to joining ARHT in 2019, Karine worked with numerous reputable event agencies such as Freeman, WRG (now The Creative Engagement Group), Uniplan, MCI and Emotion Asia.
Her tenure saw her overseeing the production and management of events over several portfolios. She has been instrumental in curating, managing and delivering events for global corporations, and high-end luxury brands. Her portfolio includes AT&T, Ericsson, Visa, Bloomberg, Schroders, HSBC, AIA, LWMH Group of companies, Pernod Ricard, Roger Dubois, AB Inbev, Adidas and DFS Group. With a focus on business development and expanding ARHT's Asia footprint, Karine splits her time between Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as frequently travels to build relationships for ARHT in Australia, Korea, Japan and throughout the rest of the region.

Mr. O'Reilly is an international media and entertainment executive who is currently the CEO of ARHT Media, the global leader in HoloPresence™ communication.
Mr. O'Reilly joined ARHT in Feb 2018 with a goal to monetize a technology that had transported celebrities such as Stephen Hawking, Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuck, Prime Minister Trudeau and others to all corners of the world.
Prior to ARHT, he was President, World Wide Sales at the IMAX Corporation where he led the team that expanded the network of IMAX Theatres from 70 to over 1400. Mr. O'Reilly is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University where he studied Political Science and Business and is based in Toronto, Canada.
For the past 20 years, Mr. Ghosh has held technology leadership roles designed to drive digital growth and world-class client solutions, direct highly complex software projects, deliver cost-effective solutions and cultivate a strong brand.
Based in the UK and Canada since 2006, Mr. Ghosh has worked globally for Emerson, Global Display Solution, including four years in Europe with JCDecaux, the world leader in digital signage, as Head of Digital Product Technical Development.
He holds Engineering & Master's degree in Computer Science along with an MBA in International Business. Expert in conceptualization and implementation of structured methodology which delivers successful commercial and operational transformation within the business. A master of product & services design, road-map, identification and provision of vision and leadership to the key strategies that will focus and drive the transformation process, ensuring that each initiative is well designed and implemented.
Richard Carl is appointed as Executive Chair of the Board.
Mr. Carl has extensive experience in serving as a board member and in executive roles for private and public companies across a number of industries.
Mr. Carl currently sits on the board of directors of Clearview Resources where he chairs the audit committee, is a member of the compensation committee and has recently chaired the corporation's special committee that led to a merger with Bashaw Oil Corp.
Additionally, he is part of the board of trustees of InvetPlus REIT, a private real estate investment trust based in Calgary. As well as serves on the board of Dealnet Capital Corp., a TSX-V listed consumer finance company where he chairs the risk committee. Mr. Carl also sits on the board of directors of New Wave ESports a TSX-V listed company.
Terry is our SVP of Americas, leading growth and direction for our North & South America regions and direct relationships with major clients, agencies and partnerships.
Terry's background includes over-target growth, high-value discovery/positioning, client success --- always pursuing game-changing results, compelling storytelling, reshaping experiential, forever recall, and behavior change.

Mr. Casgrain is a director of Wilmington Capital Management Inc. and former Chair of CBC Radio Canada, as well as a former Executive Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management and Vice-Chair of Skyservice Business Aviation.
Mr. Casgrain received an undergraduate degree from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Before joining ARHT Media, Vasily has spent several years working with high-growth tech startups both in full-time finance and consulting capacities. He was responsible for establishing accounting and finance infrastructure to support continued growth.
Prior to that Vasily worked in an assurance practice of a downtown-based public accounting firm, where he obtained his CPA, CA designation. Vasily also has a BSc in Computer Science, which he utilizes to integrate established and emerging technologies into financial reporting processes at ARHT.
