For some, getting started on family genealogy may seem overwhelming. We provide assistance with collecting family information through surveys, interviews and on-line research. We also provide advice to overcome the initial challenges and to help the client gain the confidence to get started... Many genealogy services offer introductory packages that result in hard to read "one-size; fits all" reports. Our goal is to understand the goals of each client and customize the documents to meet their individual needs. We work with clients to prepare materials that are easy to share with their families.
