David C. Walker serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Level One Bank, positions he has held since 2009. He has also served as a vice president and director of Hamilton Court Insurance Company since July 2017. Walker previously served as Group Vice President of Detroit-based GMAC LLC, where he spent 24 years in various financial disciplines, including seven years as Chief Financial Officer of GMAC's Mortgage Group and two years as GMAC's Treasurer. Walker obtained his B.S. in applied math and economics from Brown University and his MBA in finance from the University of Michigan.
Walker is actively involved with Read to a Child Detroit where he currently serves as a Board Member.

Wernette received his B.S in finance from Central Michigan University and his MBA in accounting from Wayne State University.
Wernette serves as chairman for the Board of Directors for the Farmington Family YMCA, vice-chairman for the Board of Visitors of the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Wayne State University, and board member for the YMCA of Metro Detroit. He is a member of the Independent Community Bankers Association, the Detroit chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Detroit Athletic Club.

With 39 years of experience in banking at Comerica Bank and Flagstar Bank, Barrett is responsible for human resources activity including staffing, compensation, training, leadership development, and team member benefits. Prior to joining Level One, she served as senior vice president-director of human resource business partners of Flagstar Bank from April 2012 until July 2017. In this capacity, her primary responsibilities included the development of policies and practices for the organization, working with business leaders on organizational realignments and restructurings, overseeing the management of employee relations concerns, and overseeing the due diligence and integration of employees acquired through acquisitions. Barrett received her B.S. in business administration from Central Michigan University.

Patrick J. Fehring serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Level One, positions he has held since founding the Bank in 2007. Prior to founding Level One, Fehring spent 27 years with Fifth Third Bancorp or its affiliates, most recently as President of Fifth Third Bank, Eastern Michigan. Fehring received his B.S. in business from Miami University in Ohio.
Fehring is an active leader in the local community, currently serving as a Board Member of the Detroit Regional Chamber, Detroit Regional Chamber Foundation, Detroit Public Television and Archdiocese of Detroit Endowment.

Timothy R. Mackay serves as President of Level One, a position he has held since 2021. Mackay joined Level One Bank in 2013 and served as EVP, Consumer Banking Officer where he was responsible for the strategic leadership of the Consumer Banking Division, including branch banking, small business banking, residential mortgage and marketing before being elevated to his current role as President. Prior to joining the Bank, Mackay spent 21 years with Fifth Third Bank serving in various leadership capacities in Michigan and Florida, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Executive in South Florida. Mackay received his B.A. in business administration from Hope College.
Mackay is a graduate of Leadership Detroit and currently serves as a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County and the March of Dimes of Metropolitan Detroit.
