Ali Marashi

Ali Marashi has over 25 years of experience in the data center and networking industry's leading engineering teams and technology strategy. He was a co-founder and currently serves as the CTO and SVP of Engineering for vXchnge, a colocation company with edge data centers positioned in key growth markets around the US. His teams are also responsible for the development of in\site, an award-winning intelligent monitoring platform. Prior to vXchnge, Ali was the Vice President of Engineering Services with Equinix responsible for leadership and direction over data center design in North America. Ali joined Equinix as a result of the company's acquisition of Switch and Data, a neutral colocation provider and Internet exchange point operator in North America. There he served as the CIO and Vice President of Engineering, part of the senior leadership team which successfully took the company public in 2007. Previous to Switch and Data, Ali spent many years at Internap Corporation serving as the CTO responsible for all network, software and technology strategy and development. Before joining Internap Ali co-founded Interglobe Networks, a network engineering and operations consulting company providing services to national ISPs, health providers, legal firms and commercial retail companies. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington.

John Scanlon

John Scanlon has over 35 years of operating and advisory experience in the telecom, data center and cloud services industries. His most recent operating role was as chief executive officer of 365 Data Centers, where he was brought in after the company defaulted on its loan agreements. John and his team executed a successful turnaround leading to sustained revenue growth. 365 was sold in multiple transactions creating a significant return for investors. John also served as CEO of Yipes Enterprises Services, which he joined after the company emerged from bankruptcy. At Yipes, he and his team created one of the first companies to offer global Ethernet services. The company grew rapidly and was later acquired by Reliance Communications (India) for a significant premium to its peers. For his innovative work at Yipes, John was recognized by Network World as one of "The 50 Most Powerful People in Networking". Previous to Yipes, John spent many years at Internap Corporation serving as its vice president of marketing, CFO and head of corporate development. Before joining Internap, John had co-founded his own international telecom company, which he later sold to Viatel (UK). John began his carrier at MCI (now Verizon) and served in many finance, marketing and business development roles over his long tenure. John holds an MBA from St. Mary's College of California where he graduated with honors. He earned his undergraduate degree at Oregon State University.

Lisa Mayr - EVP

Lisa Mayr is INAP's Chief Financial Officer. Lisa joined INAP in July 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Lisa is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience. She has spent the majority of her career working with global technology and technology-enabled companies, both publicly-held and private. Prior to joining INAP, Lisa served as Chief Financial Officer of MicroStrategy, a publicly-traded business intelligence software company. She also previously served as CFO of two leading education technology companies, EVERFI and Blackboard, and has held leadership positions with LivingSocial, GeoEye (acquired by DigitalGlobe), Willis Towers Watson, Arlington Capital Partners and Ernst & Young. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from American University and an MBA from Georgetown University. She is also on the Board of STEM for Her, a non-profit that supports girls and young women to pursue careers in STEM and serves on the MBA Advisory Council for Georgetown University.

Martina Saracevic

Martina Saracevic leads INAP's Customer Success and Support Operations group. She is responsible for the full INAP customer portfolio, focusing on overall customer experience, satisfaction, and retention efforts to ensure long lasting partnerships and growth within INAP's solution offerings. Martina is a driven customer-experience leader committed to the Service First mentality, empowering customers' purpose with flexibility in their ongoing hybrid strategy journey. Throughout her career, Martina has held several leadership positions under the revenue organization, including Business Development, Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales, Customer Success and most recently Operations with an emphasis on customer experience in all roles. Martina holds a bachelor's in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.

Michael Leitner

Michael Leitner is a member of BlackRock's Global Credit Platform and co-head of direct lending and TCP's Special Situations investment practice. He is responsible for co-leading the platform, originating and executing investment opportunities, maintaining relationships with key deal sources-corporates and intermediaries across the U.S.-and is a permanent member of its Voting Committee across all funds and strategies. Prior to its acquisition by BlackRock, Michael was a managing partner at Tennenbaum Capital Partners (TCP), a member of its Management Committee, and a past chairman of the Investment Committee for all fund vehicles and strategies. TCP, with its more than $9 billion in committed capital, was acquired by BlackRock in 2018. Prior to joining TCP in 2005, Michael served as senior vice president of Corporate Development for WilTel Communications, and before that as president and chief executive officer for GlobeNet Communications, leading the company through a successful turnaround and sale. Previously, he was vice president of Corporate Development, as well as head of Global Data Center and Colocation Services for 360networks and served as senior director of Corporate Development for Microsoft Corporation, managing corporate investments and acquisitions in the telecommunications, media, managed services and enterprise software sectors. Prior to Microsoft, he was a vice president in the mergers and acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch. Micahel has served on numerous public and private company boards, and currently serves as a director on the board of Avanti plc, Tillman Infrastructure Group and Industrial Media. Michael received a BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Michael T. Sicoli is INAP's Chief Executive Officer. Mike joined INAP in October 2019 as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining INAP, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of GTT Communications Inc., a publicly-traded provider of cloud networking services to multinational clients. From 2013 to 2015, he served as principal of MTS Advisors, LLC, a consulting and advisory services firm he founded. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sidera Networks, a fiber optic service provider that was merged with Lightower Fiber Networks in 2013. From 2005-2010, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of RCN Corporation. Previously, Mike held various positions at Nextel Communications, Deloitte Consulting and Accenture. Additionally, Mike recently served as a director of Lumos Networks, a fiber-based bandwidth infrastructure and service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Stephen C. Gray

Stephen C. Gray is the founder of Gray Venture Partners, LLC. He currently serves as the chairman of Involta LLC and is the vice chairman of ImOn Communications, LLC.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors for CommScope since January 2011. Stephen also served as the president and chief executive officer at Syniverse from 2014 until 2018. Since 2005, Stephen has served as an operating executive with The Carlyle Group's Global Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group. Stephen served as president of McLeodUSA Incorporated from April 1992 until December 2004. Prior to joining McLeodUSA, Stephen served from 1990 to 1992 as vice president of Business Services at MCI and before that, from 1988 to 1990, he served as senior vice president of National Accounts and Carrier Services for TelecomUSA. During his tenure with TelecomUSA, the company grew to become the fourth largest long-distance company in the United States before it was acquired by MCI in 1990. Stephen began his career with the Clayton W. Williams Companies in Texas in 1981 where he held management positions with several of their companies including ClayDesta Communications Inc. ClayDesta became a provider of long distance service in Texas and throughout the southwest following the consent decree requiring the breakup of AT&T. In 2014, 2015 and 2016 he was recognized for his leadership in telecommunications and technology by being named a member of the prestigious Global Telecoms Business Power 100 list and appointed to the CTIA-The Wireless Association's executive committee. Stephen earned his BBA from the University of Tennessee.
