Eric is the quintessential real estate agent. His previous careers in hospitality and finance have created a unique ability to work with all types of clientele within all types of transactions at the highest level of service. After attending Washington State University, he started his career in hospitality for Marriott in Portland, OR. Over the next twelve years, he worked his way through the finance and executive teams of companies such as Hilton, Marriott, Red Lion, and a number of Pacific Northwest luxury hotels. Most recently, Eric was the Chief Operations Officer of a local wealth management company until becoming an agent at John L. Scott Downtown Spokane. With the experience of previous careers and extremely successful real estate career, Eric shares your desire to find your perfect home and will work diligently on your behalf from beginning to end. He will also give you the time and attention needed to list and sell you home quickly and for top dollar. There's really nothing Eric can't or won't do to get the job done right.
Joel Tampien is an Army veteran. Acting as the Senior Logistics Advisor for his Special Forces Battalion, Joel acquired the discipline and dynamic leadership skills distinct to military officers, leading hundreds of soldiers and dealing with multi-million dollar operational budgets. After graduating from Whitworth University and spending 6 years in the military, he decided to transition to the Army Reserves and return home to the Inland Northwest where he could continue to serve his country while serving his community. His next challenge was to start 4 Degrees Real Estate with someone he respected and admired immensely, his older brother Jordan. Joel brings his background of leadership and tactical problem solving to his role as the CEO of 4 Degrees. He is always looking for his next adventure and lives in Spokane with his wife Julie and their three children Beau, Bailey, and Ben.
