Amy's genuine enthusiasm for helping others defines her work as Chief Talent Officer. She also brings decades of professional experience to her role, including 25 years as a practicing employment attorney, and most recently, as an executive search professional with leading global legal search firm, Major, Lindsay & Africa. Amy finds great joy in spending time with family and friends, as well as hiking, biking, going to the beach, traveling and volunteering with various community organizations.
Brian brings over fifteen years of experience in Finance, M&A, and Banking. He is driven by data and passionate about growing winning organizations. A lifelong resident of Minneapolis, Brian spends his free time coaching soccer, unsuccessfully training his dog, and listening intently to transpose his two-year old daughter's statements.
David is responsible for new client development on a firmwide basis. He is a seasoned legal and business professional with over 30 years of experience serving as general counsel to privately-held companies. Most recently, David helped lead Outside GC's expansion into the West Coast market, building a thriving client portfolio across all industries and stages of growth. As a native Philadelphian, David holds a special place in his heart for cheesesteaks, roast pork sandwiches and scrapple. He now lives in Irvine, CA with his wife and enjoys many hobbies, including international travel, hiking, photography, music, and of course, cooking and eating.

Ellen has over 30 years of experience as a patent and corporate attorney for the pharmaceutical (Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis and Pharmacia/Pfizer) and consumer products (Colgate-Palmolive Company) industries. Ellen also has a particular interest in organizational design, operational excellence and the evolution of legal services, which serves to both inspire and inform her oversight of Outside GC's patent operations. When not working, Ellen loves discovering new foods and new restaurants.

Since 2012, Holli has been providing financial support to the Outside GC team and knows the ins and outs of successful accounting. In her free time, you can find her at the spin studio, walking her dog Josie, or flexing her cooking skills in the kitchen with a glass of wine.
A seasoned accounting and finance professional, Judy has led Outside GC's finance team for the past 7 years. Besides spending time with family and friends, Judy's favorite hobby is going to the beach (she graduated from the University of Hawai'I, after all). She travels South every winter to escape the cold and work on her golf game.
Kamau has 10+ years of strategy and operations experience across multiple industries including retail, healthcare, private equity, and legal services. As the son of an attorney, Kamau is passionate about empowering legal professionals to best serve their clients and regain balance in their personal lives. Outside of work, Kamau loves learning to cook new cuisines.
Kelley's passion for building high-performing teams that deliver value to clients has been the driving focus of her career. Before joining Briefly, she spent over 23 years at Forrester Research where she was responsible for Global Sales and Customer Success. Kelley resides in Massachusetts with her husband, two sons, and rescue dog, Texas, and as you would expect, is lifelong New England Patriots fan. In her free time, Kelley serves as an advisory board member for a non-profit focused on health equity for young people and also enjoys running, taking spin classes, and reading.

Lakshmi has over 20 years of experience in the legal and compliance field. She loves being able to help people learn about "boring" compliance and regulatory matters in a fun and engaging way. Lakshmi lives in Bowie, Maryland with her husband, 2 daughters, mother, and 2 naughty bedlington terrier rescue dogs. She enjoys cooking and dusting off her college a cappella skills to sing karaoke with her family, though she spends most of her evenings and weekends at horse barns, karate studios and Indian classical dance performances with her children.
Mary brings over 12 years of experience across multiple industries in finance, business operations, and strategy. She is driven by facilitating the vision and priorities of an organization and is passionate about building highly collaborative and effective teams. Most recently Mary was a finance, strategy, and business operations leader at Meta. Mary resides in Seattle, but is originally from Atlanta GA, so she will always be a Falcons fan. In her free time, Mary enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family (which includes a very curious and fun spirited 18 month old).

Michèle Linde is a C-suite legal veteran with over 30 years of global experience in senior roles, primarily in the life sciences industry. Michèle has worked for such global giants as AstraZeneca, Bristol Myers Squibb, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, and Mannheimer Swartling in Stockholm, Sweden. Michèle's adaptable style and acumen for managing both people and processes define her work with the Outside GC attorney team. She loves traveling and baking, often in the middle of the night, and is determined to crack the code of mastering sourdough bread.

Pamela is a certificated Paralegal who has worked in various roles with law firms for almost 20 years. She has been a part of the business operations team at Outside GC since 2015. Along with homeschooling her children and volunteering in her community, Pamela also fosters puppies from Aruba with her oldest son. No better way to de-stress than cuddling a puppy.
Rebecca is a dynamic and dedicated finance professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting. She handles the full range of accounting functions for Outside GC, including financial reporting. Born in Georgia, she now lives in Arizona, the 8th state in which she's lived throughout her life. Outside of work, Rebecca is passionate about travel (especially to beach destinations), spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite sports teams, the Denver Broncos and San Diego Padres. Ask her to sing a few bars, if you get a chance…she's also a talented opera singer.

Rhonda has over two decades experience as a business development executive guiding clients with bespoke solutions to their tech and legal needs, including in the areas of corporate transactions, intellectual property, licensing and SaaS, litigation and finance. Rhonda is a Chicago born-California girl who has returned to her roots where she lives with her husband, three bonus sons and her dog, Louie. In her downtime, she enjoys cooking (if you can call it that compared to others on the OGC team), gardening, binge watching stand-up, documentaries and HGTV, or walking the city and exploring new restaurants.
