Andrew J. Gregory-Mabrey

Andrew J. Gregory-Mabrey holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University, and received his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law in 2010. He is proud to have joined Hughes and Coleman as a member of the Social Security Disability team. While in law school, Mr. Gregory-Mabrey participated in the Kentucky Innocence Project (the post-conviction branch of the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy), and worked for the Children's Law Center, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on protecting the legal rights of minors. He also interned for the Law Office of Katherine Siereveld and was employed by Chevalier, Fox & Ginn, PSC, in the general practice of law. At home, Mr. Gregory-Mabrey is a busy husband and father, and enjoys spending time with his family. In addition, in his free time Mr. Gregory-Mabrey also enjoys reading or listening to books, and staying active by running, riding his bike, and playing recreational hockey. Mr. Gregory-Mabrey is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee, Kentucky Courts, the U.S. Federal District Court in the Western District of Kentucky and the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He is also a member of NOSSCR, The National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and is grateful for the opportunity to represent and be an advocate for those seeking disability. D. Joe Griffith

Mr. Griffith is a native of Portsmouth, Ohio with substantial family ties to the state of Kentucky. He is a 1987 graduate from Marietta College and a 1991 graduate from the Toledo College of Law. Since 1992, Mr. Griffith has had a litigation practice in central Ohio, litigating cases all over the state. Representing clients who have been wronged and are in need of justice is his passion.

F. Scott Cammack

In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and their six children. Scott is a member of Epoch Fellowship Baptist Church and lives in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He currently works in the Pre-litigation department in our Elizabethtown office.

Jackie Sharp

Jackie grew up in a small town in Southeast Tennessee, where he spent several years of his adolescence working as a commercial fisherman. With that work proving far too demanding, he decided he might have a longer, more fruitful life pursuing his interests in the law.

He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville, graduating in 1981. After obtaining his education, he was ready (and eager) to enter the legal field. He began as an Assistant County Attorney/Prosecutor in Bowling Green, KY, eventually moving up to become an Associate Attorney for a local attorney.

TJ Massey

TJ Massey is a trial attorney whose practice focuses primarily on nursing home neglect, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. He brings a wealth of litigation experience to Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers, including years of trial experience. During his career, TJ's practice has focused almost exclusively on civil litigation and representing clients injured by nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, professional negligence and catastrophic personal injury. His legal career includes experience defending a large Kentucky nursing home chain. Ultimately, TJ left civil defense and resumed his practice as a trial attorney to represent and help injured plaintiffs and their families. In a small rural town in north Florida where both TJ's parents are pharmacists that own and operate independent drug stores. At a young age, TJ watched his parents serve the local community and help others in need, which influenced his decision to become a lawyer. After high school, TJ received an undergraduate degree in Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania where he also was a four-year varsity member of the Penn crew team. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, TJ moved to Washington, DC and worked as a legal aid to United States Senator Mel Martinez. TJ left Capitol Hill and attended law school at the University of Louisville where he was a member of the student bar association and honor council. TJ lives in Louisville with his wife and two daughters, is a member of Highland Presbyterian Church and in his spare time, enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and playing golf. Tyler Koch

Tyler Koch works in the Lexington office of Hughes & Coleman. She focuses her practice on nursing home abuse and neglect and has helped hundreds of elderly people and their families receive justice after being harmed in nursing homes. Prior to joining Hughes & Coleman, Tyler worked for two large national law firms where she litigated cases against nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Tyler grew up in Lexington, Kentucky. After graduating from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, she attended the University of Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, and Juris Doctorate degree in 2000 and 2003, respectively. While in law school, Tyler received the Birmingham Bar Association Women's Division Scholarship and was president of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society. Prior to entering civil practice, Tyler worked as a felony prosecutor in Lexington, Kentucky and Birmingham, Alabama. Tyler has tried more than fifty civil and criminal jury trials in State and Federal courts. Tyler served as an instructor at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina and has trained police officers, forensic interviewers, and other attorneys on a variety of topics.
