The philosophy at CBA is to be an organization with a strong foundation of fundamentally sound, smart baseball players. Our players will play the game the right way, with respect for each other, our opponents, the officials, coaches and for the game of baseball. We look to build baseball players who take pride in their academics, have a strong work ethic, and develop them in to quality young men. As a member of the CBA organization, we look for/try to create, baseball players who play the game as hard as they can every time they step on the field, no matter the setting or situation, practice or game.
