Emma Woodhouse

Emma has worked in education for over 15 years with both Maintained Schools and Academies and therefore has extensive knowledge and experience of governance in a range of settings. Emma is an active contributor when it comes to governance matters. She holds an NVQ Level 3 in Governance Clerking and is a Home Office accredited Prevent Trainer, regularly delivering training sessions on a variety of subjects. Emma's passion is Safeguarding. Emma runs a Governance support company.

Graham Parker

Graham has lived in Birmingham all his life and has been involved with many business interests within the City and the West Midlands After a career in manufacturing giftware and international sales, Graham went on to use and develop his business and management skills in the public, charity and private sectors. He has held several senior management positions, predominantly within Social Care, Community Service and Education. He has led on the identification of Local Authority and Central Government provided services that have better benefitted service-users through being spun out into specially created Local Authority Trading Companies. He currently manages a portfolio of Board positions within several different sectors, including Education and Academia, and utilises his considerable experience delivering mentoring to Boards, and by providing interim senior support to different Organisations.

Heath Park

Heath Park caters for the needs of all students. We aim to ensure that every pupil at the school is successful in their own right. We have high aspirations for our students and we want them to be determined to succeed, confident in their abilities and fully involved in the life of the school and the community in which it serves. As an ‘OUTSTANDING' school with a track record of success at the highest level we feel immensely proud of our achievements. James Nichols

James has been a Chartered Accountant for significant number of years, and spent the majority of his career in Finance and Management Consultancy, working across many industries, including financial services, accountancy practice, the food industry, customer services, and utilities. James has had senior leadership roles in some of the UK's leading companies such as Lloyds bank and Thames Water, as well as working for global companies such as Compass PLC and Teleperformance PLC. Most recently James has moved into the health and social care industry, and now runs a successful care business, providing health and social care support to people with complex medical conditions, and is also the CEO of the National Association of Care and Support Workers (NACAS), working with MPs and the Healthcare Regulators to drive positive change in health and social care. James has been a CLPT Director for 2 years, and is phenomenally proud of the great work the Trust does. James believes education is a privilege that everyone should enjoy, it has the power to open the door to opportunities throughout your life, and have a positive impact on your health, wealth and livelihood. James' broad career experiences mean that he is well placed to help drive the strategic agenda of CLPT to deliver on the vision of changing lives for the better.

Jeremy Vanes

Jeremy is a chartered manager, qualified in Health & Care, Fine Art and Public Service Leadership. He's worked since 1985 - in Birmingham, South Warwickshire and the Black Country - as a centre coordinator, community artist, district manager, chief executive, registered foster carer, non executive director, chair and trustee for two local authorities, four NHS Trusts and five voluntary organisations. Jeremy has four children, two of whom are pupils in a CLPT school, and maintains keen interests in health care provision, community welfare, social justice and cultural history.

Rachel Nash

Rachel is an experienced school and trust executive leader, having had over 20 years in leadership roles including headship within the secondary sector within South Yorkshire. Rachel has extensive experience in school and trust-wide improvement, specialising in leadership professional development across the school workforce including within the primary sector. Rachel is currently a governor of a maintained secondary school and a proud director of CLPT. Rachel's current role is Leadership Development Strategic Lead for Learners First School Partnership based in Rotherham. She deploys her expertise to develop collaborative networks of teachers, school trust and business leaders across several educational regions through a range of professional learning opportunities including the full suite of NPQ qualifications, and bespoke leadership programmes including MAT Reviews and curriculum communities.

Rob Turton

Rob is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved with Academies and the Education Sector for almost 20 years. Initially, this was through work, with clients in the sector. Whilst in practice and since retirement Rob has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Central Learning Partnership Trust Limited and an advisor on risk to a small group of academies. For 40 years Rob has been a Circuit Treasurer for two different Circuits, at different times, and also as a Church Treasurer. Rob is also a Board member of Coverage Care Services Limited, a not-for-profit care home group, based in Shrewsbury and is also the Honorary Treasurer and a Trustee of Wolverhampton Methodist Circuit. He also sits on the Audit Committee of the Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury Methodist Circuit. Rob grew up in the East Midlands before moving to Wolverhampton in 1978. In his spare time, Rob is an avid follower of cricket and football and loves to travel, especially to be with his daughter in Seattle.

Sofia Zamir

Sofia is a Chartered Certified Accountant working at senior level with over 14 years' experience of working in multi-site organisations with key stakeholder management and business partnering. Sofia has extensive experience in consolidation, reporting, financial management accounts, forecasts, budget and communication of data into financials and financial stewardship for non-financial staff. Sofia has a demonstrated history of finding innovative solutions to business challenges and managing the implementation of solutions through tight governance, planning and budget. Sofia is a team player and can work equally well as an individual or as part of a team.
