Chad Bourgeois is the lead Multifamily/Apartment specialist at the Franco Realty Group. Chad focuses primarily on disposition, acquisition, and leasing of Multifamily Commercial Property in the beach areas of San Diego consisting of Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Ocean Beach. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University where he studied Economics.
Through Chad's economic background, he has an extremely strong understand-ing of market trends and monetary policy that prove to be influential in the commercial real estate industry. Outside of work, Chad is a world traveler who enjoys surf-ing and playing beach volleyball in sunny San Diego.

Cody Wippel is a licensed California Real Estate Agent who focuses on the disposition, acquisition and leasing of shop-ping centers, office & industrial buildings, restaurants, and mixed-use buildings. Cody joined The Franco Realty Group in 2015 and primarily works the North Park, South Park, City Heights, Hillcrest, Normal Heights and Kensington commercial markets.
Cody is responsible for business development, determining the value of properties, and client correspondence. Cody earned his bachelor's degree from Oregon State University where he studied Entrepreneurship and Business. On his spare time, Cody enjoys golfing, being by the beach, playing basketball and volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation where he is a "Wish Granter".

Connor Murphy is our drone video and photo specialist. He is local to San Diego and has been flying since 2015. Before flying drones he earned a degree in Advertising / Journalism from the University of Oregon. Connor has 8+ years of experience working independently, working with major productions like National Geographic, and working on live TV studio floors. In his spare time Connor enjoys surfing, running, and photography.
Jacob Rosenblatt is a native La Jolla resident and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent who specializes in urban office and retail properties. The parts of San Diego Jacob focuses on includes: Hillcrest, North Park, South Park, Kensington, Bankers Hill and Downtown. Jacob attended the University of Auburn in Alabama. Jacob grew up locally in Bird Rock playing water polo and was a served as a San Diego Life Guard. On his spare time, Jacob enjoys surfing, snowboarding and lifting weight
Jennifer Franco, Esq. is a California and Arizona licensed attorney, and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent. Jennifer is the in-house attorney for The Franco Realty Group. Jennifer is responsible for drafting various legal contracts, client correspondence, and coordinating escrow. Jennifer earned her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University where she studied Business Marketing, Magna Cum Laude.
Following her undergraduate work, Jennifer earned Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and Western School of Law, Cum Laude. Jennifer is currently an active attorney in both California and Arizona. Prior to joining The Franco Realty Group, Jennifer began her career as an attorney in 2012 with Shinnick & Ryan LLP where she dedicated her time to advancing the rights of homeowners and other consumers.
Leanne O'Berry is a San Diego native with a background in the Mortgage industry; she processed foreclosures on behalf of lenders for seven years with a multi-state default law firm. Leanne moved on to explore other aspects of Real Estate, work-ing with a Multi-Family Mixed Use developer and a Residential Home Staging company before joining The Franco Realty Group in late 2018.
Leanne earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture from the Design Institute of San Diego. In her spare time, Leanne enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, and trying new food.
Michael Elliott is a native La Jolla resident and is a licensed commercial real estate agent specializing in retail and office properties throughout La Jolla and Kearny Mesa. Michael is also the lead graphic designer on the Franco Realty Group and has an excellent background in marketing. Michael at-tended Humboldt State University in California. When Michael is not working on commercial real estate in La Jolla or Kearny Mesa, he spends his time surfing and snowboarding. He is the only agent within the firm that has successfully completed a backflip snowboarding and wakeboarding

Seth Pite is a licensed California Real Estate Agent who specializes in office and retail throughout San Diego County. He is focusing on the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of various commercial projects in San Diego, primarily covering the Sports Arena, Point Loma, Bankers Hill and Little Italy areas. He grew up locally in Pacific Beach and La Jolla playing lacrosse, wrestling, and surfing.
He then joined the Franco Realty Group after graduating from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. You can catch Seth in his spare time on his wakeboarding boat, snowboarding, surfing, golfing, or driving fast cars.
