Denise is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced technician. She has spent time in private practice settings and also with a large retina group helping care for patients with conditions like diabetic retinopathy and macular edema. Her witty sense of humor will make you feel comfortable while she makes sure the doctor has all the information and testing needed to provide you with the best possible care. A lover of animals, she enjoys caring for her golden retriever.

​Dr. Kay completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at IAUPR in 2019. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Kent State University in 2012. Dr. Kay enjoys traveling and adventure. She has a wide range of hobbies, from hiking and scuba diving, to reading and finance. She enjoys learning new things, especially about medicine and how it impacts the eyes. She almost always wears a smile.

Jessica is our front office specialist and likely the first person to greet you when you call or stop in our office. She has extensive billing and insurance knowledge and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. An avid Cleveland Browns fan and in her spare time enjoys crocheting

Kim is a licensed optician with 18 years of experience. She is friendly, outgoing and truly enjoys ​what she does. She loves educating patients and is happy to assist you with all of your eyewear needs. In her spare time she enjoys going on adventures with her husband and three children.
