When it comes to a comprehensive excel spreadsheet of all your personal items (UPP=Unscheduled Personal Property or your BPP= Business Personal Property) Davison & Davison will have a team of professionals on-site immediately following your loss. The sheet that is prepared will have pricing and links for where the pricing was derived. This list is then sent to the insured for aging and final approval. In some cases D&D will prepare a burned from site list and recreate an entire room or multiple rooms, working closely with the insured(s) for accuracy...
