Job Titles:

Alex is a second year World Bachelor in Business student and co-founder of the Dawn Advisory HKUST branch. He joined Dawn in September 2020 after seeing the potential to expand the initiative in Hong Kong.
Over the past year, he has worked on two projects with Dawn and has enjoyed leading diverse teams of student consultants. Now, he is working alongside his co-founder Rennie to expand the HKUST branch via client acquisition, consultant recruitment, and training opportunities.
Alex is from Atlanta, Georgia in the United States and will travel to Milan and Hong Kong in the next two years. He is a native speaker of English and advanced speaker of Spanish.

In the role of HR Director, Ania is responsible for the integrity and communication within the association. She manages recruitment in the association at all levels, partakes in assigning consultants in the projects and oversees project progress to ensure delivering the highest quality results, while maintaining good relationships between the students in the working groups.
Before becoming the director, Ania was staffed on three Dawn Advisory projects, both for pro-bono and paid clients, after which she took the role of a Project Manager for one term. She's currently a third year Economics an Social Sciences student.
Berkay is a third-year BBA student, that previously worked as a consultant in a mining project with Toro Gips. Later, he served as the Consulting Director at Dawn where his main task was to bring in clients and supervise projects to make sure they meet the standard quality level. He now serves as the President of the Barcelona Branch by overseeing each department through their process. Formulating a new structure internally, developing the operations and maintaining the efficiency of departments are the main roles that he takes care of.
He is now a voting member of Dawn Global and adds value by bringing in new initiatives to further improve the optics of the branch

Bob is a third year GEL student serving as the President of the Barcelona branch. He has been a member of Dawn Advisory since 2022. In his role as President, Bob fills his duties with strategy, steering departments, and developing Dawn's offering for both members and clients.
With interest in technology, finance, and consulting, Bob has undertaken internships across industries in private equity, consulting and the tech startup world. In his free time he is a passionate football fan and skier.

David joined Dawn Advisory in September 2022 as a consultant. In his first project, with a supply chain management startup, he learned the lessons needed to lead a team. Therefore he took the role of Jr Team Leader in the next project getting to develop an ESG strategy for a financial institution. As the director of the operations department he is eager to see people within the association develop and got the organisation in the process.

Elena is a second year BBA student responsible for overseeing everything from recruitment to compliance shortly after joining Dawn Advisory as a Consultant in September 2022. Concurrently, she has assumed the role of Team Leader for a project within a private equity firm.
Her keen interest in Finance and Consulting has driven her to complete two internships at Advantage Group International and CS Cooking New Markets. Elena has further honed her soft skills through her passionate pursuits, including showjumping as a Spanish rider and surfing.

Eugénie is a third year BBA student and as of September 2023 is the communications director, focusing on the marketing department. She is responsible for facilitating both internal and external communication, such as building a stronger brand and raising awareness amongst clients and students. She joined Dawn as a consultant and member of the marketing team in February 2022.
With a special interest in luxury and consulting, she has completed two internships with well-known French brands. Her determination and rigour are also expressed through the sports she practises, horse riding and dance.

Finn is a second year BBA and Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence student and is currently the Director of Client Relations for the Barcelona Branch after joining Dawn Advisory in January 2023.
As head of the Client Relations department, he is responsible for researching and acquiring potential clients and maintaing their relationship on a professional and personal basis.
His past experience in founding a small media start-up and valuable insights as a consulting intern in the summer of 2023, Finn has been able to develop
his problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.

Giampaolo is currently pursuing his third year BBA at ESADE. He joined Dawn Advisory in early June and immediately took on the role of Operations Director in the Barcelona branch. Soon after he was appointed as the Head of Innovation and Partnerships, in order to manage the internal and external innovations within the association. He is now currently the Head of Operations, where his main responsibilities are creating smooth communication and organizational tools that will ensure maximum efficiency across the whole organization, notably through the management of the financial and legal situation of the association.

As Consulting Director, James is in charge of onboarding new clients, defining the project scopes with them and then choosing the right consultants and a good Project Manager. His department ensures high quality of work for each project by providing a support system for Project Managers and monitoring their progress.
Before becoming Consulting Director, he was involved as a Project Manager and Consulting Associate.
James is a second year student in International Economics and Management (B.Sc.), born in the United States and speaks English and German.
Juan is a third year student in Economic and Social Sciences (B.Sc) born and raised in Colombia. As Operations Director, Juan is responsible of initiating activities within the association. His main responsibilities include organizing internal seminars to develop critical skills, arranging events to promote Dawn Advisory to the student community and nurturing good relationships with the association's stakeholders. He is also responsible for managing the financial soundness of the association.

Junjie is a third-year BBA student and the Consulting Director, thus working closely with the individual teams and coordinating the projects.
Having joined Dawn Advisory in January 2022, he has worked as a consultant, Team Lead, and, Director of Client Relations during the academic year 2022-2023, signing 9 consulting projects. Working as digital marketing manager at CORR MEDICAL SL since 2020, Junjie has further developed his digital skills, critical thinking and problem solving abilities.

Noah is the president of Dawn Advisory Bocconi and a second year student in International Economics and Management (B.Sc). He worked as a consultant for two client projects, as operations associate and became operations director last semester where he was in charge of supervising internal development, events and the finances of Dawn.
Noah is interested in consulting, artificial intelligence and finance, and has completed internships in venture capital and consulting.

Pau, a third-year BBA student, currently serving as the Development Director at Dawn Advisory.
Since joining in September 2021, he's guided four companies, including as Senior Team Lead at Bitpanda. He's also actively contributed to Marketing and Quality Control, and played a pivotal role in establishing the Client Relations department.
With a strong interest in Technology and Consulting, Pau interned at Payflow and Lanai Partners, a YC-backed Fintech and an Early-Stage Venture Capital Fund. Besides academics and his career, he enjoys playing tennis, padel, and bouldering.

Rachel is a second-year World Bachelor in Business student at HKUST. She joined Dawn Advisory in January 2021, handling administration and operations for the branch. She was eventually appointed to her current position as President of the Hong Kong branch, where she manages client acquisition in addition to supervising departments and client projects. Additionally, she serves as Dawn Global's Head of Innovation and Partnerships, facilitating events that connect the Dawn Advisory branches around the world, and managing the association's internal and external affairs.
Rachel is originally from Los Angeles, California and speaks English, Dutch, French, and Spanish.

Dawn Advisory at HKUST was founded in August 2020 by Rennie Jiang and Alexander Eaton. Recognizing the growth potential in bringing Dawn to Asia, they decided to build the bridge between student talent and startups by leveraging the burgeoning startup ecosystem of Hong Kong. This branch currently has 11 total members that work on one of our three projects supporting startup founders and are undergoing training to ensure impact-driven recommendations to clients.
Rennie is a final year World Bachelor in Business student and co-founder of Dawn Advisory HKUST branch. She joined Dawn in August of 2019 during her year at Bocconi University and recognized the potential the club had.
Throughout the lockdown, she helped spearhead the inception of Dawn Global and brought Dawn Advisory to Asia through the establishment of the HKUST branch. She is currently working closely with her co-founder, Alex, to structure the branch, acquire the most exciting clients, and run consultant training.
Rennie is from Taiwan and has spent the past 3 years in the United States, Hong Kong, and Italy. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Ruya is a second year Finance student at Bocconi University. She joined Dawn in October 2020 and took on the role of HR Director and, ultimately, President, before assuming her current position.
She has now been appointed Head of Growth within Dawn Global, managing the current branches, inter-branch relations and creating a dynamic environment for improved collaboration and communication. Her goal is to bring all Dawn Advisory branches together through hosting association-wide trainings, networking and team-building events.
Ruya is from Bucharest, Romania and speaks English, Romanian, and German.

Sarah is a second year bachelor's student studying Economics and Management with a minor in arts culture & communications. She is interested in marketing, branding, consulting, and the intersection between firm's external (visual and sound) image and its business capacities as a result.
Her goal for Dawn Advisory is to establish a coherent and explicit brand identity on a global level in order to strategize and optimize marketing with member recruitment and client acquisition.

Tara is a third year BBA student who is currently Vice President of the Barcelona branch. She's been a member at Dawn Advisory since September 2022 and prior to her current role, was a consultant and team leader. As Vice President, Tara focuses on ensuring the association functions smoothly as well as on core strategy and innovative growth.
Consulting and finance form part of her key interests, which she has been able to develop at Dawn. Tara speaks English, Spanish, Turkish and Catalan fluently, and is learning French.

As the president of Dawn Bocconi, Thomas is the driving force of the association. He works with all the departments in order to ensure a strong collaboration and communication between them all and ensure an efficient administration of Dawn Advisory. He is dedicated to ensuring that every Dawn member benefits from an enriching learning experience and that the association delivers the best quality of service to our clients.
Before becoming President, Thomas was the Operations Director, organising the first in person events since the beginning of the pandemic, and initiating the split up of our marketing strategy by creating two specialised marketing departments. Working with all departments as Operations Director prepared him for his role as President. In the past, he has also worked as a consultant on the Bouncepad and Finpleo projects, where he deepened his knowledge of consulting.
Thomas is a third-year student in International Economics and Management (B.Sc.), born in France and speaking English and French.
