Dr. Wallace Ching

Dr. Wallace Ching - With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry spanning across securities research, asset management, private equity and private banking, Dr Ching has negotiated and structured over US$200 million of private equity and leveraged buyout transactions, and devised structured investment solutions to ultra high net worth family of offices. He has held senior positions at international institutions such as Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Pru Financials, Standard Chartered, Citi Private Bank, Morgan Stanley, UBS etc. Dr Ching holds a PhD degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a MA (Hon) degree from Oxford University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and co-founder of the LOG Charitable Foundation.

Mr. CC Kwong

Mr. CC Kwong - Mr Kwong holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School. He started his banking career at Citibank, New York, as a member of the Strategic Planning team. Since 1988 Mr. Kwong became the Chief Representative of Ferrier Lullin & Cie, one of the first Swiss private banks to open a Representative Office in Hong Kong. He had worked initially as Director for private banking at Deutsche Bank, Hong Kong, and later Senior Vice President at EFG Bank, Hong Kong during 1998 to 2007. In 2007, Mr. Kwong co-founded La Roche & Co (Asia) Ltd which has served as the Asian banking arm of La Roche & Co Banquiers, one of the oldest and most prestigious family- owned private banks in Switzerland. Over a period of three years, he developed the team and built AUM (Assets Under Management) to US$300 million.

Mr. Geroge Forrai

Mr. Geroge Forrai - With over 40 years' experience in general commercial and company law practices, Mr Forrai was first admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 1970; and admitted to New York, the United Kingdom and Papua-New Guinea Bars in the early 1980s. He was one of the three founders of Baker & McKenzie offices in Hong Kong in 1974 and served as a managing partner and a senior partner until his retirement in 2007. He has a combined Arts/Law degree from University of Sydney and a Master degree in Law from University of California, Berkeley.

Terence Kwai

Terence Kwai - Dr Kwai is the founder and president of China Specialists, a Hong Kong-based research consulting and investment firm that later became the East Asia Research Institute. Previously before founding China Specialists, he had worked for Global 500 companies and international management consulting firms including Union Carbide Corporation, Pfizer and Citicorp, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young. He teaches strategic management and China business at the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has authored seven books. Besides sitting on the board of DCM he advises American, European and Japanese multinationals as well as Chinese firms on strategic and operational issues. He is one of the original scholars of OBOR & SRF programme for the Chinese Government. His private office invests in high-tech industries in China. Dr Kwai was educated at California Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School.
