DESI WAGNER YOGA

Desiree took her first yoga class in December of 2013. The class was empowering and humbling at the same time, and it challenged her to be fully present. Power Yoga lead her on a journey to discover how Asana practice can transform the mind and body. After years of reading about Yoga, attending workshops, and (most importantly) practice, she decided it was time to go one step further. In April of 2016 Desiree received her 200 hour teaching certification through All Yoga Thailand. In addition to multiple practices a day and learning about Anatomy, they taught Ashtanga Yoga Philosophy, which made her feel even more connected to the practice. As a Teacher, Desiree wants to help students realize/achieve their personal potential (in addition to giving them a great workout) by combining the physical and philosophical aspects of Yoga.
