Austin Hein

Austin serves as the Director of Political Operations with the National Association for Gun Rights. In this role, he manages and directs the political team to influence and shape national gun policy. He works to oppose gun grabs from federal politicians and agencies. Previously, Austin worked as the Communications Director for Colorado House Republican Leader Patrick Neville. He also spent time working in Washington, D.C. for Congressman Thomas Massie (KY-4) as his Legislative Correspondent and Office Manager. Austin is a native of Northern Colorado and lives there today. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Colorado State University in 2015. He first became an activist for gun rights in 2013, when the Colorado Legislature threatened to ban concealed carry permits on college campuses. Austin worked alongside gun rights groups such as Rocky Mountain Gun Owners and student groups like Young Americans for Liberty to oppose gun control efforts in Colorado.

Brenden Boudreau

Brenden serves as the Director of Field Operations with the National Association for Gun Rights. In this role, he is responsible for the development and operations for all state affiliate programs. Brenden's experience proved to be instrumental in the passage of Constitutional Carry in West Virginia, Mississippi, Idaho, Missouri and New Hampshire - with more states on the horizon. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Comparative Politics, Brenden worked for the National Right to Work Committee in Indiana and then Kentucky. He went on to advance his legislative knowledge by serving as a Legislative Aide for Ohio State Representative Ron Hood before joining NAGR. Brenden resides in Michigan with his wife and children. He enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and is actively involved with his church congregation. Brenden's favorite firearms are the Winchester Model 94 30-30 and the M1 Garand.

Chris McNutt

In his role as Director of Development, Chris is responsible for sharing the accomplishments of the organization with some of NAGR's most important donors and lifetime members. Chris made a name for himself in the gun rights community after helping lead the effort to pass Constitutional Carry for NAGR-affiliate Texas Gun Rights. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas at Dallas and attends Watermark Church with his wife, Murphy. Their German Shepherd dog, Gunner, is eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child in December of 2021. Chris's favorite firearm is the FN Scar and his Wilson Combat-enhanced Sig P320.

Chris Stone - CCO

Chris Stone serves as the Director of Communications for the National Association for Gun Rights. Responsible for overseeing the external and internal communications for the entire organization, Chris also works closely with outside media organizations and leading NAGR's public relations department. Chris formerly served as NAGR's chief political liaison, and led NAGR's Washington, D.C. office and overall lobbying activities on Capitol Hill. Before joining the NAGR team, Chris defended gun rights by leading grassroots activities with multiple pro-gun organizations. He credits his motivation to protect Second Amendment freedoms to his internship at the U.S. House of Representatives. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from George Mason University. Chris lives in Northern Colorado with his wife Amber and two young children. He and his family enjoy experiencing the vast outdoor activities of Colorado to include sport shooting, snowboarding and camping. Chris values the time he gets to spend as a Sunday school teacher and coaching youth sports.

Joe Neville - VP

Joseph brings a wealth of political experience as a seasoned veteran in business management and politics. Joe previously served as senior staff for several Colorado State Senators and working for the Republican Party, where he developed legislative tracking and analysis prowess. Joe also served as the Political Director for Rocky Mountain Gun Owners, and recently joined the NAGR team to share his knowledge and skills with pro-gun supporters across the country. Joe and his wife, Jennifer, and their three children reside in northern Colorado where they spend as much free time as possible shredding fresh powder on the slopes in the winter and cutting through the clean glass of mountain lakes in the summer.

Laura Zbozien

In her role, Laura is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the production of marketing and communications material such as direct mail, email, web presence and social media content. While supporting NAGR for over six years, Laura previously served as a contractor for the Department of Defense and worked in the financial services industry for nearly a decade.

Miranda Muncy - CHRO

Miranda is the Director of Human Resources for the National Association for Gun Rights. In her role, Miranda is responsible for managing the staff support and donor care teams, ensuring the highest quality of service to both the supporters of NAGR and the staff who fight for the Second Amendment every day. Miranda grew up in East Tennessee and graduated from Gateway Christian Academy in 2011. With more than seven years of dedicated service, she has worked her way through the ranks, putting her in the unique position to understand every facet of the work we do at NAGR. Aside from her work with the National Association for Gun Rights, Miranda enjoys writing music, singing, working with children in the foster care system in Northern Colorado, and of course, going to the shooting range. Miranda resides in Northern Colorado with her family, and her firearm of choice is the Glock 43.

Ryan Flugaur - VP

Ryan oversees multiple departments and facilitates day-to-day marketing and technical operations at NAGR's national headquarters in Colorado. Originally from Minnesota, Ryan is a graduate of Metropolitan State University. Prior to joining NAGR, Ryan spent nearly a decade working for local political campaigns and served in roles with the Minnesota and Colorado House of Representatives. Ryan resides in Northern Colorado with his wife.

Steve Humphrey - VP

Steve recently joined the NAGR team after serving eight years fighting for liberty and against gun-grabbers as a Colorado state legislator. He has served as a conservative citizen activist in state politics as well. Steve manages day-to-day personnel and administrative operations at our national headquarters in Colorado. He has a master's degree from Pepperdine University in clinical psychology and lives in northern Colorado with his family. They enjoy hiking and kayaking in the great outdoors of Colorado and attend a local church in Weld County.
