Bond is an academic partner for The Edward Davis Company. Bond is an Associate Professor in the Institute for Public Service at Suffolk University and has over 25 years of experience working with police and community agencies on a variety of research and practitioner initiatives. Dr. Bond's area of expertise is criminal justice, social policy implementation and comprehensive and collaborative community approaches to community safety. Her research focuses on the structures, processes, and mechanisms that support the adoption and effective implementation of innovation and evidence-based practices. Her research expertise centers on multi-method, action research methodologies to describe and understand social and public policy implementation and impact. Bond partners with municipal and state agencies across the country on organizational change and policy implementation. She serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance Smart Policing Initiative. Previously, Dr. Bond served as a Research Associate that Harvard's Kennedy School of Government in the Program in Criminal Justice Policy and Management.

Dr. Jonathan Olshaker

Dr. Jonathan Olshaker serves as EDC's Chief Medical and Health Officer. As a member of EDC's Health and Safety Crisis Division's leadership team, Dr. Olshaker provides EDC clients with guidance as they assess their current health and safety posture and consults on policies, procedures, and common practices to mitigate risks. He has extensive expertise and experience in risk management, public health, and health care operations and leadership. Prior to joining the EDC team, Dr. Olshaker was chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Boston Medical Center, Boston's safety net hospital. At BMC, Olshaker headed up the largest Level One trauma center in New England and served as a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine. Prior to that, he was Director of Emergency Medicine for the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Baltimore and attending physician in the emergency department of the University of Maryland Hospital. He is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. A retired captain (0-6) in the United States Navy, he served as general medical officer on the USS Niagara Falls and later as co-research director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the U.S. Naval Hospital, San Diego. He was the first program director for the University of Maryland Emergency Medicine Residency. In addition to conducting studies across a wide range of emergency medical topics, Dr. Olshaker is the author or co-author of numerous academic book chapters, peer-reviewed medical journal articles and abstracts, and the presenter of more than fifty invited lectureships. He is the Public Health Section editor of the Journal of Emergency Medicine and has serves on numerous editorial boards. He is the senior editor of the textbook, Forensic Emergency Medicine, co-editor of the textbook Geriatric Emergency Medicine and co-editor of multiple editions of The Emergency Medicine Clinics of North America. Olshaker was recognized by the Massachusetts College of Emergency Physicians as the 2019 Emergency Medicine Physician of the Year.

Emma Casey

Emma Casey is a Policy Analyst at the Edward Davis Company. As an analyst, Casey applies logic to written work and insight to research, to assist Subject Matter Experts, that enhances the execution of proposals, newsletters, and projects. Casey assists in the onboarding process at EDC where she coordinates employee hiring and communicates EDC goals effectively. Casey keeps up to date with on-going health updates to provide Clients with written reports on current surges. Casey also uses her expertise in communication to assist in EDC's marketing and promotion through creation and publication of decks, social media, website content, and blog posts. Casey received her B.A. in Communication Studies from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to joining EDC, Casey served in many positions such as Assistant Manager, Teaching Assistant, and Sales Associate. Casey was also a writing tutor her senior year of college where she assisted in resume/cover letter writing as well as case study research and essay writing. Casey has also used her time to volunteer in numerous service-learning opportunities where she assisted both students and teachers with assessment help and organizing school curriculum. These experiences, as well as her current role at EDC, allow Casey to broaden her strong writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Javier Montanez

Javier Montanez is a Physical Security Specialist at The Edward Davis Company. Montanez entered the United States Army in 1991. During his career Montanez went from an Infantry Private to positions of leadership that includes the elite Army Rangers. Montanez graduated from a number of distinguished Army schools including, the Army Ranger School, The United States Army Jumpmaster, Pathfinder, Air Assault, Physical Security, HAZMAT, and Equal Opportunity Leaders Courses. Montanez's overseas assignments include tours in Mogadishu Somalia, Soto Cano Honduras, Sinai Peninsula Egypt, Herzegovina Bosnia, Sierra Leone Africa, Freetown Africa, Liberia Africa and Taji Iraq where he coordinated and executed over 100 combat and security operations. Montanez held positions as Team Leader, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Operations Sergeant and Company First Sergeant where he was responsible for 135 Infantryman. In 2013 Montanez retired from the Unites State Army with 23 years of honorable service.

Jill Sullivan

Jill Sullivan is the Executive Assistant at The Edward Davis Company. Sullivan has over 25 years of extensive experience in the field. Sullivan works directly for CEO, Edward Davis, and oversees administrative functions of the office to ensure efficient operations. Sullivan coordinates both internal and external meetings, emails, gatherings, events, functions, and much more. Sullivan ensures that communication is effectively given to the prospective EDC team member to ensure Clients are connected to the proper EDC member for any need. Sullivan utilizes her enthusiastic personality and advanced skills in communication, planning, organization, multi-tasking, networking, and writing to ensure each day is scheduled effectively to the obligations of each day. Sullivan received her B.A. in Human Development from Rivier University. Prior to working at The Edward Davis Company, Sullivan worked at the Lowell Police Department, as the Executive Secretary for the Superintendent of Police for 25 years. While at Lowell Police Department, Sullivan enhanced her skills in the industry by connecting varying departments and the constituents of Lowell, Massachusetts. Sullivan worked closely with the Superintendent of Police where she coordinated numerous amounts of meetings and collaborated with the Superintendent to ensure the Police Department was running sufficiently and effectively. These experiences, as well as her current role at EDC, allow Sullivan to broaden her professional skills in management, critical thinking, and time-management.

Kimberly Lawrence

Kimberly Lawrence is a Senior Security Specialist for EDC. Prior to joining the Company, Lawrence served as a Supervisory Special Agent for the FBI and managed complex investigations throughout New England. Throughout her tenure with the FBI, Lawrence was recognized for proficiency as an on-scene commander, leader of interagency coordination, crisis management and investigator. Such recognition resulted in Lawrence being awarded the 2016 FBI Director's Medal of Excellence, and 8-time FBI Performance Award winner. Working closely with our clients facing security threats or investigative needs in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island area, Lawrence brings access to multiple investigative services, sources, and methods related to matters involving criminal activity, security investigations, workplace violence intervention, government security compliance and threat intelligence and analysis. Lawrence's passion for security and commitment to excellence were evident early on, as she began her journey as a Special Agent with the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS) honing her skills and shaping her approach to security and investigations. Margaret (Maggie) Murphy

Margaret (Maggie) Murphy is a Senior Security Specialist for The Edward Davis Company. Murphy is a former detective with the Boston Police Department. Murphy served for approximately thirty-six years, with the last sixteen years being assigned to the Homeland Security section of the Boston Regional Intelligence Center. Murphy worked closely with the private sector in Boston to strengthen relationships between local businesses and the Boston Police department, building critical private/public partnerships within the framework of community policing. She has worked with local police and federal partners conducting sensitive investigations. Murphy has had "surveillance detection" training and has trained with the U.S. Secret Service, U.S. State Department, and New York Police Department. She has worked assisting these agencies, as well as, the U.S. Capital Police, in providing high level/ high threat dignitary protection to include U.S. Presidents, U.S. Vice Presidents, first ladies, politicians, foreign Presidents, foreign heads of state, consular generals and other dignitaries. Murphy has worked during numerous high threat, large scale events to include the 2004 Democratic National Convention, Boston Marathon, Biotech events, Boston sporting celebrations, "Occupy Boston", and local parades and festivals. Murphy was assigned to the Joint Terrorism Task Force during the Boston Marathon bombing investigation and was assigned to the juror protection detail during the Tsarnaev trial. Michael Brown is a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist for The Edward Davis Company. Brown was most recently Vice President and General Manager of RSA Global Public Sector, the Security Division of EMC sector agencies abroad. Prior to RSA, he held the position of Director for Interdepartmental Cybersecurity Coordination at the Department of Homeland Security, where he led collaboration efforts with the Defense Department on cybersecurity planning, capabilities development, and mission synchronization. He is also a former Deputy Assistant Secretary for cybersecurity and communications at DHS and Assistant Deputy Director of the Joint Interagency Task Force at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Brown graduated with a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Arts degree in National and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. Brown retired as a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy.

Michael Magalski

Michael Magalski joined The Edward Davis Company team in January of 2014 as a Security Consultant. In this role, Mike provides expertise services in physical site assessments and review of safety policies and procedures for major companies and corporations. Magalski brings extensive law enforcement and security experience to EDC. Magalski retired from the United States Secret Service after 30 years of service, to include his last 18 years as the Agent in Charge of their Portland, Maine Office. He managed, supervised, and coordinated the work of all law enforcement, technical, and administrative support personnel in carrying out all protective, investigative, and intelligence gathering functions under the jurisdiction of the United States Secret Service in the State of Maine and portions of Canada. This included the implementation of all security arrangements for the Bush residence in Kennebunkport, along with the numerous presidential visits, foreign heads of state, and other high ranking government officials that routinely visited the state. As a member of the U.S. delegation, Magalski assisted in the planning and supervised all security arrangements for the Presidential Summit in Kennebunkport between President George W. Bush and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Magalski attended the Harvard School of Public Health's leadership for national, state, and local preparedness for law enforcement executives, along with other specialized training in the following areas: Explosives recognition and effectiveness, underwater terrorism preparedness, counter surveillance, cyber counter terrorism and active shooter preparedness and response. Magalski is a certified firearms instructor, scuba instructor, rescue swimmer and high performance boat operator. He is also a past president of the Southern Maine Federal Executive Association and a lifetime member of the Maine Chiefs of Police Association. Magalski graduated from Cleveland State University with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Norma Leong

Norma Leong is a Security Specialist for EDC. Leong is involved in projects with the company that include executive protection, operational security roles, and security management. Leong brings a depth of security experience and currently oversees a security department in a 5-star hotel that ensures the safety of all hotel guests, office tenants, visitors, and employees of the hotel as well as the Rowes Wharf complex's physical assets. Leong is instrumental in creating a positive impact on guest, tenant, visitor, and employee relations. Leong effectively balances the responsibility of developing and implementing complex-wide safety programs to heighten awareness and enforce the safety protocols to reduce the likelihood of employee tenants, visitors, or guest accidents. Leong also liaises with federal, and local law enforcement as well as private security to ensure the safety of high-profile guests. Prior to joining the private sector, Leong served in several units during her thirty-five year career as a Boston Police Officer and retired in 2017 as a Deputy Superintendent Assistant Bureau Chief of Major Case Division. In this role, Leong oversaw complex investigations and managed the Department's investigative strategies and detectives.

Prior to InferSight, Tran was Vice President for Worldpay's cyber defense operations and security strategy. He was founder, General Manager, and Senior Director for RSA Security's Advanced Cyber Defense (ACD) practice where he focused on next generation information security operations designs, tactical field deployments, exploitation discovery, and response solutions. Tran possesses over 20 years of government, commercial, and research experience in the field of cyber forensics, security operations, mobile device/GPS signals/exploitation, and analysis. Tran is a Six Sigma Qualified Specialist, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds the SANS Institute GIAC Reverse Engineering Malicious Code certification.
