Craig Ewing - Founder

Craig Ewing was selected to receive the Professionalism Award by the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association at the Legal Professionalism CLE and Celebration on October 24, 2013. American Lawyer has selected Craig Ewing as an AV Preeminent Top Rated Lawyer in Personal Injury and Insurance. Craig Ewing works with healthcare providers to troubleshoot their provider contracts and increase revenue through provider appeals. On the patient side, Craig handles medical insurance coverage issues. Craig also works with businesses to ensure that they are obtaining the insurance benefits they contracted for and to represent them in breach of contract cases. Craig Ewing serves the community and represents clients on a pro bono basis. Craig is a current board member and past president of the Grant Ranch Master Homeowners Association, a 1,500 home community. Craig devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing individuals who cannot afford legal representation who need someone to stand up for their rights. Craig Ewing represents individuals, health care providers and businesses in a variety of litigation contexts. Craig is a devoted advocate who understands that clients come to him when they are in conflict or crisis. Kate Bryan

Kate Bryan began her career as a nurse with experience in trauma, intensive care, and acute in-patient psychiatry. Having worked in law firms throughout high school and college, it is no surprise that Kate found her way back to legal field. With her medical background and familiarity with the healthcare system, Kate brings a valuable perspective to cases involving personal injury, medical appeals, and hospital risk management. Kate enjoys taking the same compassionate, thoughtful, and dedicated approach when helping clients navigate their case as she did when working with patients at the bedside. To enhance her legal knowledge and better serve the community, Kate is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. When not working or studying, Kate enjoys running, reading, cooking, and hopes to summit all of Colorado's 14,000 foot peaks.
