Daws is a former UK Royal Marine Commando turned filmmaker. Fifteen years ago, Adam obtained a degree in film and has worked in all aspects of the film industry and currently has his own film production company. Daws serves ExoTech as the Chief Videographer.

Aderemi is a very active consultant in Nigeria. He is presently setting up a site for Natural and Alternative Health and has worked since 2020 in an integrated agricultural farm of poultry, fish, insect feed and vegetables to demonstrate how circular economy and zero waste initiatives can be sustainable.
Before this, he worked as sales training manager and consultant for project with the World Bank/DFID, as well as logistics and business development services in microfinance on USAID projects.

Adrián Nájera-Coto holds degrees from Universidad de Costa Rica (2005), Western Illinois University (2007) and the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University (2009). As a member of the Youth Orchestra of the Americas (YOA), Nájera-Coto performed in important venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York City, Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro, National Theater of Panama, Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C. and St. Peter 's Basilica in Vatican City.
Adrián has extensively performed and taught in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, México and Costa Rica, as well as in varoious cities in the United States. Adrián has served as full-time professor and associate director of the Department of Media and Digital Culture at Tec de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey.
In 2021-2022, Nájera-Coto was a cohort member of the Global Leaders Program (GLP), a twelve-month Executive Graduate Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship, Cultural Agency, Arts Innovation, Community Development, Business Management, Design Thinking, and Education Leadership. Professional affiliations include the International Teaching Artist Collaborative (ITAC) and the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt Responsible Leaders Network.
Adrián is currently enrolled in the Educational Leadership/Higher Education Administration doctoral program at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley where he also serves as a Graduate Research Assistant in the College of Education and P-16 Integration as well as a Graduate Assistant with the Office for Sustainability.

Al is one of the world's top personnel training executives. He has an extensive background in management executive training, coaching, and in the compilation of training materials and courses. Al also has a marketing background and is an experienced copywriter of online marketing, management troubleshooting, retail sales and management. Al has turned the ExoTech 157-page U.S. patent into a staff training course. All staff will be required to pass an examination after the course. Al has put hundreds of hours into studying and understanding ExoTechnology.
Alan received a degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from UCLA, summa cum laude, with departmental highest honors.
Alan has extensive development experience across a wide range of software, including scientific processing, business applications, databases and data analysis, simulation, system software, graphics, and more. He was a team leader for development of the Space Flight Operations Center at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, which provides monitor and control for all US deep-space missions. He was architect and team leader for the "High Speed Simulator," a spacecraft modeling system which was used to extend the mission of the Voyager spacecraft into interstellar space, which continues in operation today after more than 40 years.
Alec has decades of experience in software development in Silicon Valley, the majority spent working for IBM in its legendary Santa Theresa development lab. His major focus was on database technology. He is technically proficient in a wide variety of programming languages and he has a strong familiarity with every major database product on the market. Alec currently lives in Gatineau, Quebec, and enjoys writing poetry and science fiction in addition to being an amateur photographer.
Aleksey is a practitioner in the area of operations of information services - with 20+ years of experience as a UNIX/Linux systems administrator. Aleksey is a popular trainer who has trained hundreds of systems administrators. His specialties are automating management of large Linux server fleets (tens of thousands of servers), and increasing IT velocity through state-of-the-art tools and techniques.
Currently, Alex is a self-employed property developer, artist and musician. He has a background in construction engineering and has also qualified with a first class (BA Honors) degree in Fine Art, specializing in large abstract painting with mixed media and video, and he is proficient in Photoshop design. He is also an skilled musician, currently playing in two bands around the Southwest of the UK.
Alex grew up on a farm on the beautiful Isle of Skye, off the west coast of Scotland. He graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Masters in Engineering. He worked for 10 years at the U.S. aerospace manufacturer Pratt & Whitney and was part of the team that got their gas turbine installed in a race car for Andy Granatelli for the Indy 500 race. The rules were quickly changed so gas turbines could never be used again! Alex then joined a company in California as a senior engineer and got involved with the Voyager aircraft which flew around the world non-stop. His team designed a solution to a serious noise problem in flight that stopped the two pilots from taking turns sleeping. Most recently, Alex worked at NASA JPL in Pasadena, California, on the Mars Rover Curiosity. Alex is now semi-retired and enjoys doing technical writing for clients and has published many articles in magazines.
In 2010, he was awarded the America Chiropractic Association Rehab Council's Chiropractor of the Year Award. Dr. Garbutt has been a frequent lecturer for many medical association organizations and universities, has appeared on radio and television broadcasts, as well as publishing many articles for professional associations.
For decades, he has provided services as International Sport Medicine Director for the World Organization of Martial Arts Athletes, Team Doctor for the United States International Martial Arts Team and for the World Championship Martial Arts Team, as well as for the U.S. National /Olympic Field Hockey Team.
Alon has owned and managed a number of successful companies in a variety of different industries. He was born and raised in Israel, where he had a construction company for a number of years. He moved to the United States and began Create Productions. For the last 12 years he has been CEO for Vista System Signage Solutions.
Alvaro has been trained as an Industrial Engineer and a certified project manager. He has worked in the oil industry of Venezuela and also as an editor of energy-related media, where he created, managed and published content and analyzed social media metrics.
Additionally, he frequently does analyses on the world of finance and markets, mainly cryptocurrencies.
A native from Durban, South Africa, Andile Nsele is currently a student at WeThinkCode and a volunteer in Skoomber Production as an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) manager. She started her career in ICT in applications development from 2017 at Durban University of Technology and graduated early in 2020. She then interned with Eldo's Women Imbokodo company from 2020 to 2021.
Andreas is a dynamic and multifaceted individual who embodies the qualities of a self-starter with a visionary outlook and a humanitarian spirit.
He is passionate about seeking out new knowledge and skills to add to his repertoire. His interests range from photography to copywriting and innovative computing technology.
Andreas believes that education is the key to success, and he wants to empower young people with the tools they need to succeed in today's digital world. In short, Andreas is a true Renaissance man with a unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and social consciousness.
Andres graduated with a degree in Computer Science in Germany. He then established himself in his home country of Costa Rica as a systems administrator. He was presented with an opportunity to start working as a software developer for several start-ups as a contractor and received a Certified Associate Certification for Oracle's programming language.
He wants to start his journey in expanding his areas of knowledge to new fields! He is very fond of learning and a dedicated worker who puts a lot of care in the code that he writes.
Andres is a sound and acoustic engineer with extensive knowledge of audio, music and advertising production. He graduated from UDLA Ecuador and has participated in several large projects at the national and international level. He has done sound design for voiceovers of recognized brands as well several concerts. He is also a teacher of music recording and production technology at UDLA. Additionally, he has done audio and sound installations in various auditoriums, churches, conference rooms and others. He worked in the sale and commercialization of professional audio as a commercial advisor and brand manager. Andres likes to travel the world and get to know it fully. He also dreams of going to space to explore it. He likes to read and learn about the universe and its mysteries.
Andy has more than 35 years' experience in the construction insurance industry, advising professional teams as a consultant, on large to extremely large projects across the globe. After a long and busy career in the corporate world, Andy, like his wife Irene, became disillusioned with the current business atmosphere and environment. Andy now uses his accumulated technical knowledge, research skills and experience to "make a difference" and give back to those he wants to support.
After graduating from college in 1985, Angelo ran restaurants that were part of the family business and then opened one on his own in 1987, making it financially solvent and selling it for profit. He then went into the management field in 1989 and has over 30 years of experience as a business manager, business consultant and business owner.
Throughout these years he worked successfully recruiting personnel for companies, sales of services and materials. He then trained executives for several small organizations; and also worked at trouble-shooting activities in Italy, Finland, the USA and South Africa, correcting personnel and organizational lines, resulting in increased statistics.
In 2011 he set up for a client a retail women's clothing in downtown Helsinki, Finland, and made it operational. The next year, he started a new Joint Venture in Johannesburg, South Africa, opening up a company specialized in fixing hail-damaged cars without painting and this is still running. Concurrently, he started another partnership in the clothing retail business owning three shops in Verona, Italy and one in Clearwater, Florida.
Today, he continues to run a successful business management services company specialized in consulting businesses in the US to expand their operations and in bringing new business to the US from overseas.
Ann has a Masters in Social Sciences and has worked for the Local Authority (a UK agency responsible for all public services in an area) for 14 years. She works directly with children and families within Child Protection. Ann looks forward to the implementation of ExoTech that would result in far more effective service and end tireless duplication, thus enhancing the lives of children.

Annie's secondary education included basic business courses, including typing, accounting and writing. She is also familiar with the management system used by ExoTech and has worked for 14 years at two non-profit organizations using that same administrative technology.
She has been a restaurant manager with 15 staff and owned and operated a successful home cleaning service business for 27 years. She has also operated a home health care business which provided physical therapy, occupational therapy, food preparation and medical care.
Annie has raised two boys and two girls, and she is the proud grandmother of two incredible young girls. Her hobbies include gardening, permaculture, crochet, macrame and cooking.
Art performed as professional violinist for 18 years and has worked as a counselor for 31 years. He is also a published author.
Babajide has experience wearing many different hats in his career. With a degree in Computer Science, over the years he has acquired business development and analysis experience in the IT sector. He actively trades financial instruments and real estate assets. He is the author of "Messiah Enigma" - a cultural and spiritual exploration. Babajide is also a musical artist using music to positively influence public consciousness in order to accomplish his passion of transforming Nigeria and then the rest of the world into a paradise.

Barbara spent over 40 years working with an international nonprofit helping people find the resources and training needed to improve their own lives and the lives of the people around them. She spent the majority of her life in San Francisco and held a variety of positions including human resources and administration as well as coordinating and managing public relations activities. Barbara is a mother and a grandmother. She enjoys connecting people who could help each other, aesthetics of all kinds (especially good music), learning new things, studying history, playing with her dog and taking in the beauty of the world.
Benny has decades of experience as a pilot and engineer in Israel. He graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering and then earned an MBA a few years later. He speaks Hebrew, Spanish and English. After serving as an engineer and pilot in the Israeli Defense Force, he was an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (drone) project manager in Angola. He then became a pilot for Israir Aviation & Tourism in Israel. Benny occupies his free time with sports, computers, reading and music.
Boris has held senior executive positions in a wide variety of international companies and organizations for over 30 years. His extensive business experience includes effectively designing and executing planning across multiple disciplines including Finance, Marketing, Sales Management and Public Relations. His insight and deep understanding of management and skills development technologies has resulted in innovative, measurable improvements in a wide range of industries. His expertise includes strategic planning, financial planning, marketing, public relations and human resource development. Boris has facilitated business optimization for Fortune 500 companies in the semiconductor, high -ech, software, health and customer service industries.
Brad has experience in a variety of industries. He spent a number of years as a truck driver, then went into construction for over a decade. He later ascended to second in command at the regional office of an overnight delivery service. Currently, he is managing a photography business with his wife. Brad admittedly has had a hard time with computers which is why he is so excited about ExoTech.
Bret is an award-winning graphics and marketing specialist with over 25 years of experience. He has worked with hundreds of companies in a wide array of industries for their design and marketing needs. The fusion of a deep familiarity with the digital online space from its inception, coupled with a grounding in traditional marketing and design, gives him a strong insight into ideal, results-oriented solutions.
Brian has a degree in mechanical engineering which allowed him to come to the United States 27 years ago, where he began a new life working on yachts as an engineer for 12 years. After working in private service for estates all over the US, he decided to open his own small business in home improvement and has been going strong since 2019. Brian's hobbies are hunting, golf, and anything having to do with the outdoors.

Carl Urbin is an award-winning producer who has been the recipient of the Southern California Motion Picture and Telly awards for his outstanding and extensive work on Starpower, Hollywood Xpress TV shows, The Golden Satellite Film awards and many other venues. Additionally, Carl has been involved in managing and launching the careers of a large variety of talent in movies, TV and other media.
He also has extensive and professional experience as an accomplished entrepreneur, having owned and operated various companies servicing clients such as Universal Studios, Dole Foods, Hyundai, Hisamitsu Japan Corp., Chrysler, Kumho Tires, Knudsen, Made in Italy Imports and hundreds of other national and international clients.
Carl has also engaged in many other actions that have resulted in membership expansion and excellent public relations results for a major international nonprofit organization.
Carmen is a historian with a Master's degree in Anthropology who lives in Ecuador. As an anthropologist, she specializes in issues of local development, permaculture, interculturality, tourism, heritage, globalization, urban transformations and education. Carmen is also the founder and CEO of Natú, a health and beauty products company.
Carmen has had a diverse career including extensive experience in various aspects of computer applications as well as in the educational field. She graduated with a degree from Universidad de los Andes, Mérida in Venezuela and continued her studies with degrees in Information Technology, Computer Aided Drawing Technology and Computer Graphics. She has been a project manager, and advisor for startup companies. She managed a production company's $250K budget for acquisition of TV editing room equipment, 3D animation software and studio motion capture. She has experience as a creative director for TV and has also created special effects for shows. She has been a teacher at a number of different schools dealing with children of many ages. She is also an app developer. Carmen has also been involved with Toastmasters International doing public speaking for over a decade.
A shareholder of ExoBrain, Charlene has spent most of her adult life as an Executive, either of charitable organizations or of her own advertising and marketing company, DIT Web Solutions, where she is CEO. Charlene is the author and publisher of a popular children's fiction series.
Chris has had a diverse career in a variety of different fields including Organizational Management, Auto Insurance and Insurance Claim Adjustment. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Drama from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He pursued an acting career for several years in Hollywood and at the same time was the assistant art director at Pacific Renaissance Theater. He then switched an organizational management firm and then shifted to the insurance industry. He worked his way up to the level of VP Quality Control. Then he joined an insurance claims adjustment company, working his way up to the Senior VP of Marketing.

Shareholder in ExoTech Ltd, Nick Bonnaud is the second member of our ExoFinance Committee. Nick is also a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a BA (Hons) in Management Economics with Accounting. Nick owns his own Accountancy and Consulting practice. He developed a Strategic Management Training Workshop Program, which has now been delivered to tens of companies. Nick will be responsible for the ExoAccounting on which ExoBrain itself will run, and which will be a feature of our launch product. Nick has also created an introductory video for ExoBrain.
