Dr. Dempsey is one of our vision correction surgeons. She has been a part of the FEI family for over 15 years and continues to change individuals' lives with vision correction surgery every day.
Dr. Dempsey is married with four children. She is a literary aficionado and enjoys volunteering for children's educational programs.
Dr. Diamond is the most recent addition to the Filutowski Eye Institute. She comes to us with a passion in microsurgery and helping patients improve their vision and quality of life. Dr. Diamond enjoys going to the beach and hiking during her free time; as well as spending quality time with her husband and miniature poodle Mila.

James joined the Filutowski Eye Institute in February 2020. James brings more than 30 years of sales/marketing experience to the role and is currently responsible for leading the sales team, brand strategy, media planning and placement, and market positioning for the FEI organization. His experience includes leadership positions within the Retail, Restaurant, Media, and Grocery industries. James is a University of Central Florida graduate and has lived in Orlando since 1973. Married with 4 children, he and his wife, Alison, enjoy traveling and antiquing.

Jorge joined the Filutowski Eye Institute in March 2021. He attended the Computer Science campus at the University of Puerto Rico and obtained a Computer Science degree. Jorge brings more than 15 years of technology experience to the role and is currently responsible for the IT infrastructure at FEI. He brings leadership experience from numerous sectors, including Fintech, Hospitality, Media, and Cyber Security. Jorge has been a resident of Florida since 2014 and enjoys spending time with his partner and their 4 children.
Julie's vision to be part of an organization that works for the greater good of the community and makes a positive impact on society was realized when she joined the FEI team in 2020 as the Human Resources Director. She brings over 20 years of HR experience to the company within the advertising, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and construction industries. She received a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College. Outside of work, she enjoys boating and spending time with her husband, Shaun and their three big, furry dogs.

Dr. Filutowski is our founder and Medical Director. He built the Filutowski Eye Institute starting as a single physician practice with one employee back in 1990. Since then, his desire for innovation and drive to provide the best possible care for our patients has allowed us to grow into the multi-physician, multi-location practice you see today.
Dr. Filutowski is married with three children. He is an avid skier, and a sports and race car enthusiast.
Nathaniel started with the Filutowski Eye Institute in October 2015, as an insurance specialist and was promoted to Billing Manager in 2018. He has over a decade of experience in the medical field which includes medical claims, insurance authorization, medical coding, account management, and patient care. He is a graduate of Florida Metropolitan University and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons.
Dr. Grossmann has been a staple of our Daytona office for years and a favorite of many of our patients. We can't imagine the office without him.Dr. Grossmann is married with three children. He enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, travel, and family time.

Sebastian joined the Filutowski Eye Institute as the Billing Manager in 2016 and has been the Practice Administrator since 2018. He has experience in corporate finance and collections, and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He enjoys involvement with his church, spending time with family and friends, and participating in most motorsports.
Dr. Keast is a newer face at our practice. He is always willing to lend a helping hand, and his happy demeanor is wonderful to have around the office.
Dr. Keast is married with two children. He enjoys watching mixed martial arts, reading about American Revolutionary War history, going to the beach and spending time with family.
Vanessa has been part of the Filutowski Eye Institute since 1998. Vanessa attended the Medical Science campus at the University of Puerto Rico and obtained an Ophthalmic Technician degree. Throughout the years she has led and assisted in many clinic and practice development projects. Vanessa now manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic while supporting and collaborating with her colleagues. Vanessa enjoys travel and spending time with her family. She is also involved with her church and community.

Vicky has been with the Filutowski Eye Institute since 2003 and is responsible for the patient experience at the front desk while also managing operations in the ambulatory surgical center. Throughout her time within the organization, Vicky has held positions in billing, human resources, accounts payable, front desk, and the clinic.
She is an army veteran, proudly serving her country for 6 years and achieved the rank of E5. She is married with 4 children and enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
