FACDEVKIMS

Faculty Development Office at Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialisations (KIMS) is responsible for systematic improvement of educational, leadership and scholarly skills of clinical faculty leading to their professional development and hence attainment of institutional goals. We focus on training and development of 800 plus enrolled faculty and also provide training support on intrinsic skills to 1000 plus residents and fellows enrolled in around 35 postgraduate medical specialization programs... We are a key player in collaborations between KIMS and sister international institutions including the Royal College Canada, Royal College General Physicians International and Royal College Radiology Ireland... We provide trainings on In-Training assessments, MCQs, OSCEs, SAQs and other assessment tools. We work closely with Examinations to ensure excellence and standardization
