Daniel Kitchener founded Field and Marshal Mortgages to provide a high-quality service for all property owners & buyers as well as property investors and developers. He is a CeMAP Mortgage Adviser and a CeRER Equity Release Adviser who offers mortgage advice from the whole of the market. He also provides advice on lifetime mortgages (equity release) and protection from a panel of insurers. With over 15 years personal experience in property investing and developing, he uses his experience and knowledge, both as an investor and a landlord, to help clients have a smooth property journey. He understands that each individual client is unique, and their case is researched accordingly. He is passionate about property investment, development and finance and he looks forward to helping you buy, move, invest or refinance since he strongly believes that property can improve people's lifestyle. Daniel is based in Tunbridge Wells and Kings Hill and provides advice primarily across Kent, East Sussex, Surrey and London, but also works throughout the UK.
