Brandt Galloway

Brandt Galloway has been with Galloway Chandler McKinney since 2007 and currently serves as Managing Member, a position he took over from his father in 2017. In his role, he is responsible for agency management and production. Brandt has been a committed member of the community, serving as President of the YMCA Board of Directors, Main Street Columbus, and the Chair of the Golden Triangle Development LINK. He and his wife, Martha, have also volunteered for many roles within their church, First Methodist of Columbus. They have a daughter, Lizzie (8) and a son Ben (6). In his spare time, Brandt loves to hunt, fish, cycle, and play golf and tennis. An occasional thrill seeker, he also enjoys scuba diving , sky diving and has completed two Ironman Triathlons.

John "Jay" Webb Reynolds

John "Jay" Webb Reynolds, born June 24, 1978 in Demopolis, AL to Pete and Louise Reynolds. Jay Graduated with Honors from Demopolis High School in 1996 where he was a member of Beta Club, Key Club, National Honor Society as well as a 4 Sport Lettermen. He graduated from The University of Alabama in 20012 with a degree in Financial Management. Jay married Trena McAlpine in 2011 and they have 3 children, Webb(6), Helen(2) and Mac(5months). Jay started Reynolds Livestock, a commercial cattle and registered quarter horse ranch, in 1999 and continues to operate it today. He purchased Marengo Insurance in 2010, and expanded with the acquisition of Hudgens Insurance in 2019. Marengo Insurance currently has one office in Demopolis, AL, where Jay serves as an agent, principal and sole owner. Jay was awarded Young Agent of The Year in 2010 by the Alabama Independent Insurance Association. He currently serves as state board member of Securerisk AL, Alabama AIMS board member, and Fortified board member. Jay joined Rotary in 2001, where he serves as a board member, president in 2014/2015 and 2021/2022, was named Rotarian of The Year in 2006, 2008 and 2016, and was inducted as a Paul Harris Fellow in 2010 by the Demopolis Club. Jay is an active member in the community; Demopolis First United Methodist Church, Demopolis Youth Sports, Demopolis Water Works board member and President, Demopolis Country Club where he served two three as president, Demopolis Area Business Council founder and President, Past High School Basketball Coach, Alabama High School Association Official, and Radio Play by Play announcer.

Jon Jensen

Jon Jensen is president & CEO of Correll Insurance Group in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He joined the agency in 1983 as a producer, became a principal in 1992 and has served in his current role since 1999. Correll has 38 offices in South and North Carolina as well as Tennessee. Jensen was installed as Big "I" chairman in September 2019. As directed by the Big "I" Board, Jensen is currently serving an unprecedented second term as Chairman until September, 2021, because of the coronavirus pandemic's impact on association operations throughout most of 2020. Jensen has served in every possible volunteer role with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of South Carolina (IIABSC) and has received IIABSC's Young Agent and Agent of the Year awards. At the national association level, he served as chairman of the InsurPac Committee and the Government Affairs Committee. He has received two Big "I" Chairman's Awards and the Sidney O. Smith award, the highest governmental affairs award given by the Big "I." He has testified before Congress numerous times on topics such as flood insurance, agent licensing and terrorism insurance. He is a member of the TrustedChoice.com board and represents the Big "I" on the World Federation of Insurance Intermediaries (WFII). Jensen was sworn in as WFII's chairman in 2019 in Rome-the first time a Big "I" representative has chaired the organization and is also serving a second term for that organization. Jensen has served in numerous volunteer roles in his community and currently is Vice Chair of the Spartanburg Regional Foundation. Jon and his wife Julie reside in Spartanburg, South Carolina with their two children Nathan and Sarah.

Lou Moran III

Lou Moran III is the President of Inter-Agency Insurance Service in his hometown, Knoxville, Tennessee. Lou III currently serves as an At Large Member of the Executive Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA) and is in line to be Chairman of the IIABA beginning in September 2025. While representing Tennessee on a national level as a board member of the IIABA, he has served on the national InsurPac and the Governmental Affairs committees. As an IIABA Executive Committee member Lou III is currently the liaison to the IIABA's InsurPac committee, Invest, Agency Administrative Services, the Cooperative Technology Committee, and he chairs the new InsurTech Taskforce. He also serves on the Finance Committee. He grew up in Knoxville, attending the Webb School of Knoxville and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Lou III joined his father's insurance agency in 1985 and continues to make a name for himself in the independent insurance industry. Through his career, he has served multiple board terms with the Insurors of Tennessee, from President of the Insurors of Knoxville to President of the State Association; in addition, he was also named Young Insuror of the Year and Insuror of the Year. He was selected to be the State National Director for Tennessee to the Big I in 2016. Lou III has served on numerous insurance company councils, and by doing so, he has been able to keep both national and regional companies abreast of local issues regarding insurance coverages. Lou III was instrumental in forming SecureRisk Tennessee, part of a co-op of 100 independent insurance agents in 10 states who write over $3.1 billion in premium. Locally, Lou III has been involved with numerous events: Tennessee Stage Company, ArtFest and RiverFeast BBQ contest, Leadership Knoxville and Leadership Children's Hospital, Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership, ChildHelp Tennessee, Knox County's Industrial Development Board and Knox County's Health Education & Housing Board, Webb School Alumni Council and served two terms on the Webb School of Knoxville Board of Trustees. Lou III, along with his wife, Mimi, welcomed their daughter, Emily, into the agency in 2019, beginning the third generation Moran to work in the insurance industry. (Of note, their son Lou IV is currently in law school at University of Tennessee.)

Scott Lemon

Scott Lemon is a Principal of Lemon Mohler Insurance Agency, founded by his grandfather, J.K. Lemon, in 1947. His father, Brad Lemon, and partner, Mark Mohler, joined in 1988 to form Lemon Mohler Agency. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 1987. He joined the agency in July 2000 after a 14-year career in the textile and light chemical manufacturing industries. In 2004, he became a Principal in Lemon Mohler Insurance Agency when his father retired. The agency is headquartered in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, with additional locations in Pascagoula and Gulfport. Scott's activities in the insurance industry include active participation with independent agent carriers, serving on Agency Advisory councils. He is involved with the Independent Insurance Association of Mississippi (IIAM), serving as a member of the Executive Committee from 2005 until 2010. He was elected Chairman of the IIAM at their 112th Annual Convention, serving this position for the 2011 to 2012 term. In 2012, Governor Haley Barbour appointed Scott to the Mississippi Windstorm Underwriting Association. He served as MWUA Board Chairman from 2017 to 2022 and continues to serve as Reinsurance Committee Chairman. When not engaged in the insurance business, Scott and his wife of 34 years, Barbara, have three daughters: Christine (Chris), Cathryn (Daniel), and Sara Kate. Now the best duty ever is spoiling grandkids, Charlie, Bradford, Lucy, and William! Scott and Barbara enjoy traveling together for business and pleasure. He is involved in many current and past community organizations, including the Ocean Springs Athletic Foundation and Mississippi Gulf Coast YMCA.

Shaw Johnson III

Shaw Johnson III of Clarksdale, MS is partner and Chairman to the Board of SouthGroup Insurance Services. SouthGroup is Mississippi's largest privately owned insurance agency with twenty one branches across the state. Johnson is the fourth generation to work in his agency that was founded in 1894 by his great grandfather. Shaw is very proud that the agency is still going strong after a 128 years of continued service to the Clarksdale community. He has also been very active in leadership roles in his industry. He is the Past Chairman of the Independent Insurance Agents of Mississippi. He also served on the National Board of Directors of Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers. Johnson served 3 years as the Chairman of Finance for IIABA. He also is an Advisory Council Member of the Risk Management Insurance for the University of Mississippi. He has served on numerous Insurance Advisory Councils as well Civic and local boards. Shaw has been married to the former Beth Bennett for 29 years and have 2 children, our son Shaw Johnson IV and daughter Shelton Johnson. He loves to spend time with the family at their cabin along the Mississippi River in Coahoma County.
