April develops, implements, and executes all of Avenu's human resources strategies in support of the company's annual business objectives and strategic long-range plan.
She brings more than 10 years of human resources experience to this position, with previous work in the software, communications, and federal contracting industries. In particular, April has developed expertise in orientation and on-boarding, regulatory compliance, risk management, staff coaching, employee relations, and facilitating training initiatives.
With a team-oriented approach and an open-door policy, April has successfully fostered an engaged and educated team that is primed for driving results for our clients.

Carl is a seasoned financial executive with more than 30 years of experience in auditing, budgeting, internal controls, and mergers & acquisitions. He has worked across a wide range of verticals giving him in-depth industry experience in technology, professional services, telecommunications, publishing, and government contracting.
Carl is a nationally recognized speaker on Acquisition Due Diligence, Internal Audit Best Practices and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002 which is a law the U.S. Congress passed increase corporate responsibility and protect investors from fraudulent financial reporting by corporations.
Prior to Avenu, Carl held positions as the CFO for Contegix Inc. and as the Principal for Integral Financial Group. Carl holds a B.B.A., in Accounting from the College of William and Mary and is a licensed CPA in the State of Virginia.

Johan Milbrink is the Vice President, Technology for Avenu Insights & Analytics. In this role Johan is responsible for the operations and security of the Avenu Enterprise and Client Hosting environments on premises and in cloud, IT Strategic Vision, IT Governance, and IT Project Execution in support of Avenu's business objectives and key initiatives.
Johan has more than 20 years of experience within the IT industry and has been with Avenu since early 2019. Prior to taking on his current role Avenu, Johan held the position of Senior Director of Pre-Sales and Portfolio Development for Presidio, where he led the pre-sales organization for the Digital Solutions Group, which supported Presidio's clients at the national level with consulting and professional services to help clients transform their businesses by leveraging cloud platforms and technologies.
While at Presidio Johan also held the position of Senior Director of Presidio Managed Cloud Services from 2013 to 2015, during which he was instrumental in the creation and direction of Presidio's Managed Cloud solution, bringing it from idea, to design, to inception, and finally to market.
Johan exemplifies what it means to live the Avenu core values; he is passionate, practical, responsive and relentless in delivering the right solutions to Avenu's workforce and clients.
Johan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL.
Louis Schiavone Jr. is a recognized, highly-sought leader in government software, business process outsourcing, managed services and professional service organizations for both sales and delivery worldwide. In addition to holding executive positions in several major global corporations, Lou has led and helped to launch several start-up companies and has played an integral role in company acquisitions, integrations and organizational transformations.
For the past 20 years, he has focused on Municipal clients, leading the sales, development and delivery of a diverse set of innovative solutions. He has proven expertise in company leadership, maintaining executive client relationships, developing and growing new business solutions and managing operational excellence. He is most proud of the accolades he has received for his employee stewardship and leadership. Lou has consistently demonstrated achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue and profit goals.
A seasoned executive with expertise in sales, business development, and partner management, Michael brings over 20 years of leadership experience in growing technology and SaaS organizations with a track record that speaks to his commitment to people and adoption of disruptive technology in both turn-around and high-growth situations.
Previously, Michael was the Head of Sales and Business Development for SAP, a market leader in enterprise application software, where he was responsible for driving the training and adoption strategy, line of business profitability and customers success in the US, Canada and Latin America. Prior to that he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Market Development at eLynx. In this role, he successfully developed growth strategies for the business through applying customer-driven innovation for both existing and new market opportunities.
Throughout his career, Michael has been known to build teams that are recognized in the industry for being trusted advisors who place a high priority on helping customers become well-run organizations. Michael lives in Reno, Nevada with his wife Tracey, 16-year-old son Aiden and 14-year-old daughter Kate.

With a track record as a trusted advisor at the state and local levels, Paul leads the operations, strategy and growth of Avenu.
Paul previously served as President and COO at Library Systems & Services, as well as President of Appriss - where his strategic vision led to the portfolio revenue growth and diversification. Before Appriss, Paul was Vice President of Convergys Global Business Unit, managing client services programs in government, automotive, and transportation markets.
Paul earned his bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University and his MBA from Strayer University. And as part of his ongoing commitment to serving state and local communities nationwide, he serves an active member on the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children Law Enforcement Advisory Board, Blessings in a Backpack National Board, and the Netwisedata & Spokeo Advisory Board.
