Certified Hospice Administrator, Brenna Rodriguez, has been with Harbor Healthcare System since 2006. In that time, she has been a Community Education Coordinator, a Regional Director of Business Development, Administrator at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, TX, and Regional Director for East Texas/Louisiana. In 2019, she accepted the Director of HarborCARE Palliative program position for Harbor Healthcare. Her mission is to share the values and benefits to families across the country by starting this new program to help families facing a serious illness before the need of hospice. IIn 2011, Brenna was given the Harbor Star Award for her exceptional work and leadership in hospice and currently serves on the Harbor Foundation Board. She continues her community outreach with volunteering as a Member of Junior League of Beaumont, Make A Wish Foundation, Lamar Alumni Advisory Board, and Ambassador Emeritus for the Greater Beaumont Chamber. Brenna graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Bryan Gaspard joined Harbor Healthcare System in December of 2005. Since then, he has been instrumental in the overall growth and direction of the company's marketing initiatives, business development, and start-up expansion. Under Bryan's leadership and management, Harbor Healthcare System has expanded their hospice operations by over 40 percent in the past two years. He has been essential in the licensing start-up process from a state and accreditation stand point. Bryan is responsible for achieving a 100 percent conversion rate on start-up accreditation surveys in the hospice, home health, and durable medical equipment agencies at Harbor. His extensive background in developing and fostering physician/hospital relationships has helped him spearhead and develop trend setting ideas which have launched Harbor to new heights in healthcare. Since joining Harbor, Bryan has received his Hospice Administrator Certificate and has utilized this education for numerous administrative and operational roles in management. Bryan graduated from Lamar University with his Bachelor of Business Administration and a Major in Marketing.

Jon Garner joined Harbor Home Health in 2013. He brings 15 years of home health experience with him as a former owner and Chief Financial Officer of his own home health agency. Since joining Harbor, Jon has held various roles as a field nurse, OASIS reviewer/approver, and the Director of Nursing. He is responsible for consulting with physicians and other healthcare providers to assess community home care service needs and develop and implements services to meet identified needs. Jon has served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps. His training and service as a Marine has helped him develop leadership roles and traits. Being a patient advocate, Jon ensures the staff remains current in healthcare quality measures and evidence based practice. Robert Nettles serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Harbor HealthCare System. Tracy joined Harbor in April 2008 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. With over ten years experience in healthcare accounting she oversees billing, payroll taxes, banking/cash management, investor/accounting related activities, cost reporting and federal taxes. As Harbor continues to grow Tracy is involved in determining the operational flow of new acquisitions and business ventures from an accounting perspective, helping them to fit into the Harbor culture and excel. Through this growth she now manages cash flow for over 50 entities and over 100 bank accounts as well as partner distributions.
