HELPFUL HOME INSPECTOR - Key Persons

​Andy is a Wisconsin licensed home inspector since 2016. Andy and his wife Emily are parents to 2 little boys. They love spending time outdoors and Andy is an avid golfer. He operates his own home inspection company called Bilder Inspections and he works in all of southeastern Wisconsin. Andy has certifications in Radon Measurement, Infrared Imaging, Sewer Scoping, Termite/WDO Inspections, Pool Inspections, and is fully licensed for Drone Piloting. Andy belongs to InterNACHI a professional organization for home inspectors.

​Bob was a home inspector with HSH for 4 years and inspected 500+ homes. He has 37 years of experience in residential home remodeling in addition to 28 years of commercial building experience. Bob is nationally certified in radon measurement, is a licensed FAA Part 107 Drone pilot, and carries membership in a number of professional organizations. Bob and his wife Kate raised 4 young men in the Dousman area and they recently became grandparents. Bob in his free time loves doing wood working, spending time in the woods, and enjoys tinkering with cars.

​Mark is a licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Wisconsin with Keller Williams Realty. As Co-Owner of Team Smith Wisconsin, Mark focuses his efforts on helping homeowners market their homes and guiding home buyers through the process of buying a home. He strives to connect these two groups together when they need or want to make a move!! Mark brings over 25 years of experience in sales, negotiation, customer service, and relationship building to his work every day. Even in the most stressful situations, Mark is great at problem solving and thinking on his feet. Mark is married to Sheila and they have two children they raised in Wales Wisconsin. In his free time, Mark enjoys listening to music, playing the guitar, weightlifting, fishing and going up north, and spending time with the family.

​Mike is a Wisconsin licensed home inspector since 2017. He is also a licensed general contractor, has been involved in all facets of construction over the last 17 years, and flips houses in his free time. Mike and his wife Jen have 2 little girls they are raising in West Allis Wisconsin. Mike also has a degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University. Mike is a licensed FAA Part 107 Drone pilot and is also certified in radon measurement. Mike belongs to a number of professional organizations. Mike, in his spare time is an avid hunter and his family loves spending time outdoors.

​Sheila is a licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Wisconsin with Keller Williams Realty. As Co-Owner of Team Smith Wisconsin and knows that the process of buying or selling a home brings along many emotions, decisions, and sometimes surprises. She will provide the guidance you need when you are making one of the largest and most important purchases in your life. Together, Sheila and Mark will work to minimize stress and maximize your benefit. They work tirelessly to get the results their clients are looking for. Sheila is married to Mark and they have two children they raised in Wales Wisconsin. In addition to being a real estate agent, Sheila is a Pilates teacher in Brookfield. In her free time she enjoys walking the dog, cooking and creating new healthy recipes, spending time with the family, and relaxing up north.

Tami, our producer and editor, brings to the team her impeccable organization, follow-up, and communication skills. Her ability to multi-task comes from managing reading and technology classrooms and supporting various educational teams for over 3 decades as an educator. Tami is highly educated with multiple bachelor and master degrees from UW-Whitewater, Cardinal Stritch, and UW-Stout. She is also a Radon Certified Specialist through the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) for measurement. Owning several houses herself, having been a real estate professional, and a background in business, Tami understands the stress that goes into the home selling or buying process. Personally Matt & Tami have raised 2 sons with our family moto "that's what she said" ;O)
