Prior to working in child welfare, she spent 7 years providing human resources leadership to those in integrated healthcare and social services settings and 15 years in financial services in New York... Lisa's experience includes leading and implementing management development and culture programs that weave diversity, inclusion and wellness initiatives throughout the organization, geared towards improving engagement and effectiveness for all employees. She is consistently called upon to lead, facilitate, promote, champion and support organizational change, policy and procedure overhauls, performance management programs, and data driven strategic initiatives. Lisa has created fellowship and mentoring programs in order to develop young professionals in the world of healthcare and finance management.
