Ashley has been with IdealTraits since 2020. Her favorite thing about IdealTraits is that we are able to help agents hire the right talent for their open positions. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys playing video games and reading. She is a huge book nerd and loves to read anything that piques her interest, especially books by Colleen Hoover.

Diana has been with IdealTraits since 2021. Diana's favorite thing about IdealTraits is that our product and company are top-notch. She believes that hiring comes from a place of being open-minded and creative, and enjoys the fact that everyone at IdealTraits has a say in how we develop and improve. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog. A fun fact about Diana is that she is cross-dominant ambidextrous.
Eric has been with IdealTraits since 2020 and his favorite thing about working for the company is that he gets to lead a team of "amazing support folks" who help our customers improve their hiring strategy on a daily basis. He says it's great to work with a group of such passionate people. A fun fact about Eric is that he is more than 35% covered in tattoos! Outside of work, Eric loves fishing, veggie gardening, working around the house, and kayaking with his wife; anything to be outside.
Faith has been with IdealTraits since 2018 and leads our Hiring Services team. Faith loves that we not only help business owners grow their business to become more successful but also that we are able to help people get jobs. She says it's awesome to be able to see it from both the business owner's and the candidate's perspective. Outside of work Faith loves spending time outside with her dogs and wife. She loves anything that has to do with getting outside and enjoying the fresh air, when the weather is warm, of course. A fun fact about Faith is that she loves potatoes!

Jasmine has been with IdealTraits since 2022. Jasmine's favorite thing about IdealTraits is the fact that we are insurance-specific which allows us the opportunity to perfect our craft in order to become the best possible hiring resource for agency owners across the country. Outside of work, Jasmine loves enjoying Sunday brunch, singing, reading, traveling, and Cardinals games. A fun fact about Jasmine is that she coaches softball for 5th - 8th grade at a private school.
Jazmyne has been with IdealTraits since 2019. Her favorite thing about IdealTraits is that we are constantly brainstorming new ways to help our clients find the right hire, saying "We never slow down and are always collaborating on what's happening next." A fun fact about Jazmyne is that she is always up before the sun. Outside of work, she loves beach volleyball, yoga, playing with her dogs, and, most importantly, spending time with her friends and family.

Jeff has been with IdealTraits since 2015. Jeff's favorite thing about IdealTraits is that he is able to help agents grow into their full potential by adding talented staff members. He also loves that he has the opportunity to build lifelong friendships with agents across the country. Outside of work, Jeff loves to golf, boat, and hang out with his friends and family. A fun fact about Jeff is that he has ADD.

Jeremy co-founded IdealTraits in 2011, along with his brother Kevin, to provide agents all over the country with a better hiring tool when it first launched in 2012. A former Allstate agent himself, Jeremy knows how important it is not only to fill the seats in your agency but to make sure that you are filling them with the right people to ensure the whole team is successful. Today, Jeremy focuses on product development and marketing for IdealTraits to ensure we are always providing the best services to help our clients be successful. Outside of work, Jeremy has three kids and he loves spending time in warm places - South Carolina and Florida are some of his favorite places to visit.

Kellie has been with IdealTraits since 2021. Her favorite thing about IdealTraits is the fact that she gets to connect with so many agents from all across the country to help them create a successful hiring process. Outside of work, Kellie loves traveling, attending international film festivals, going to concerts (especially Harry Styles), and cheering on the Washington Capitals. She is currently working on a Master's Degree from Georgetown University in Sports Industry Management.

Kelly has been with IdealTraits since 2021. Her favorite thing about IdealTraits is that we are always thinking to the future as to how we can help make a business owners' hiring process easier, not to mention help them grow with the right staff. She also loves our team culture and how positive and passionate we all are about what we do and how we can help! Outside of work, Kelly loves traveling to new places, camping, and being outdoors. She enjoys kayaking, swimming, spin classes, a good movie, spending time with family, and mostly trying to keep up with her little girl, Poppy, who was born in 2021. A fun fact about Kelly is that she is actually from the UK and she met her "Yooper" (Michigan Upper Peninsula) husband when she lived in South Korea for four years teaching English.

After working as an Allstate agent and agency owner, Kevin co-founded IdealTraits in 2011 and launched it in 2012 to help insurance agents with their biggest pain point - hiring. He wanted to provide agents the tools necessary for them to succeed in hiring the best possible candidate for their agency. Kevin's favorite thing about IdealTraits is knowing that we help so many people change their lives. An agency owner is always more successful when they have the right candidate on their team, and our assessments also help candidates land the right role for their personality. Outside of IdealTraits, Kevin is an Allstate agency owner himself and is in the Allstate Hall of Fame. Beyond work he is Scuba Certified, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and is currently learning to play the guitar. However, his favorite way to spend his time is with his wife, Jenn, and his three kids, Gabriel (16), Macy (12), and Marissa (11).
Lisa has been with IdealTraits since 2016. Lisa's favorite thing about working for IdealTraits is the fact that it allows her to help people find their ideal hire when building their team. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time at her cabin in Alpena, Michigan and making memories with her grandkids. Lisa has plenty of opportunities to make memories as she has 11 awesome grandchildren.

Mara has been with IdealTraits since 2016. Mara's favorite thing about IdealTraits is that the job market is constantly changing along with the demand for talent. We know the importance of adapting in order to deliver the best to clients by supplying products and services best suited to their needs. Outside of work, Mara loves spending time with her family, pursuing her passion for singing, and being a yarn enthusiast.

Monica has been with IdealTraits since 2021. Monica's favorite thing about IdealTraits is that we offer a modern way of hiring and that everyone here truly wants to see our clients succeed in their individual hiring journeys. Outside of work, Monica loves going to the gym and putting her energy into becoming a better person each and every day. A fun fact about Monica is that she had only been to 5 other states outside of Michigan before joining IdealTraits, but she has been able to expand that number by attending different conferences and meeting agents like you across the country.
Nolan has been with IdealTraits since 2019. He started his role in the company as an intern and was recently promoted to our sales team manager! Nolan's favorite thing about IdealTraits is that we educate and assist professionals across the country about best practices to help their businesses grow and succeed. Outside of work, Nolan is a huge golfer and when he was five years old, he almost fell into the Grand Canyon.

Shane has been with IdealTraits since 2021. His favorite thing about IdealTraits is having the opportunity to educate and help business owners grow their businesses by helping them identify the perfect candidate(s) for the role(s) they are looking to fill. Shane's favorite thing to do outside of work is to go to concerts and mix live sound for bands or artists. He loves anything that involves the production side of live events and recorded music. A fun fact about Shane is that he is a twin.
Todd joined IdealTraits in 2012 and is the COO of the company. Todd wanted to be part of IdealTraits because he knew it would help agency owners make logical hiring decisions while preventing bad, emotional hiring decisions. His favorite thing about what we do here at IdealTraits is helping agency owners achieve both their personal and professional goals. Outside of the company, Todd Polish danced for 15 years, loves camping with his family, and riding his Harley. Beyond that, he says his 5 kids really keep him busy!

Tracy has been with IdealTraits since 2015. Her favorite thing about IdealTraits is the assessment and how it helps business owners learn how to better communicate with and motivate their staff and new hires. Outside of work, Tracy loves any beach or lake activities, getting to experience new things, and table-scaping because it allows her to set the mood or tone of the evening from the dining table. A fun fact about Tracy is that she is a former Emergency Medical Dispatcher with Onstar.
Trevor has been with IdealTraits since 2022. His favorite thing about IdealTraits is our assessment which fascinates him.Outside of work, Trevor's favorite thing to do is go hiking or paddleboarding. A fun fact about Trevor is that he is not able to remember the color of people's eyes
