INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP

Intelligent Leadership was founded by Dr. Irini Fambro in 2019 based upon her dissertation research on Multiple Intelligence in Leadership. After interviewing Pastor Robert Morris (Gateway Church), Pastor Bill Johnson (Bethel Church), and Christine Caine (A21, Propel), the research revealed that all three leaders utilize each of the seven intelligences. Multiple Intelligence fosters leadership effectiveness as well as follower and personal leadership development. Is the multiple intelligent leader only an academic finding in already existent leaders or can it be developed?
