Bridget McTaggart

Bridget McTaggart attended San Diego State University for her undergraduate degree in Communications. Bridget is passionate about experiential learning after spending the last decade facilitating outreach, student recruitment, and building partnerships for a leadership, travel-based program. Bridget loves providing grant writing support for organizations throughout San Diego.

Since 2003, It's A Breeze Fundraising Founder and CEO, Caitlyn McTaggart, has been committed to strengthening San Diego's non profit sector. After earning her Masters degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership in 2007 from the University of San Diego, Caitlyn hit the ground running in assisting organizations of all sizes with their fundraising needs. Since then, she has successfully secured over $5 million for organizations in San Diego and beyond, helping them to advance their missions and make a greater impact on the people they serve.

Lindsey Oberoi

Over the last 10 years, Lindsey has been a part of all aspects of fundraising and development; working within large and small nonprofit organizations. With a love for finding the data and telling the stories and a high level of organizational skills, Lindsey has found her niche in grant writing. Lindsey has written proposals for a diverse array of causes including education, at-risk youth, domestic violence prevention, homelessness, hunger relief and veterans. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's in Communication from San Diego State University and a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from Brandeis University. While obtaining her graduate degree, Lindsey interned with and consulted for several nonprofit organizations including United Way, Volunteers of America and YouthBuild USA. During her free time, Lindsey enjoys barre and yoga classes, the beach, and spending time with her family. She lives in San Diego with her husband and two children.

Marti Hess

Marti has over 25 years' experience working in the nonprofit sector. Attending university after having her family of 3 girls, Marti received her Bachelor's degree in Public Health and began her nonprofit journey working for the California Medical Association as a statewide program director. In that capacity, she successfully wrote several grants and found she had a talent for it. Since then, she dedicated herself to supporting many great San Diego County nonprofit organizations in several capacities from program management to executive leadership.
